I had an IT issue with our clocking in system and contacted the help email. A technician, Tony McDonough, quickly answered my email and logged on to my PC remotely. The issue was soon resolved.

I had a very pleasant experience raising a ticket and getting the data and software migrated to a new server. The engineer was very helpful and actioned everything as i would have expected.
