Found filling in the claim form a touch confusing as didn't realise I could add more than one document to a box. Scan copy of license not accepted had to be a photo and I then sent other required photos when I realised I could add more than document to a box. Razia had meantime contacted hire company directly for further information/clarification. Quick service.

When making transfers I usually set up what I want to do and say pay later. I immediately make the payment to Wise and before I have logged out of my sending bank my receiving bank confirms receipt. This is within a matter of seconds and to date I have found the exchange rates offered very comptetive.
