Excellent Service

Very helpful on the phone when we weren't sure that we'd ordered the right size fencing,even cutting an odd size to order.Delivery was in a couple of days.Beautiful well made sturdy fencing delivered by two nice polite helpful guys.Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

A big thank you to claimez

I took out an excess policy with worldwide insurance and my claim was passed to claimez, unfortunately, I had hired from Goldcar (Rhodes) - see separate review- who took 690euros from my account and then refused to send any invoices for repairs. Claimez didn't give up, they have spent 9 months working on my case and I have now received payment.
I found their website easy to use, yes a five-day wait between messages can be frustrating especially when you have forgotten to photocopy the reverse of your driving licence, but you have to remember that you are not the only one who is claiming, there are probably thousands ! and they do contact you every five days keeping you updated. You just have to be patient -I would definitely have no problems with using them again.

Do not hire from Goldcar Rhodes

I hired a car for 5 days from 12th May - 19th may from the Rhodes office,initially I thought very nice people especially after only just collecting the car I had an accident. I had already taken out an excess insurance policy so I thought that I would be ok. I got sorted with a replacement car and had a copy of the damage report and agreed that they would get a garage estimate take the money off my credit card and send me ai invoice for the repairs. When I returned home I started my claim with ClaimEz. Goldcar took 650 euros from my credit card but it took a lot of pressure on them to send an invoice,on arrival after translation this turned out to be an invoice for 5 days car hire ( I had paid in advance before travelling with arguscarhire. They have totally ignored all requests from myself and my insurance company for an itemised garage invoice detailing repairs. ClaimEz will be shortly closing my claim and I will be 650 euros out of pocket,thanks Goldcar. I will be returning to Rhodes in October,willI be hiring from Goldcar ? definitely not -will I be recommending Goldcar ?,a resounding NO
