Getting the insurance was easy. It doesn't start for a month. Then I'll be better able to tell you how I feel about the product.

I like the fact that you offer a 180 days guarantee for the service with out any additional fees if they have to come back to fix the problem.

I have'nt experienced a break down of any appliances, so I can't truly give you my experience at this point.

My representative was very patient,knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She made my process very smooth and easy.

All the information and questions were very well explained. Representative was very professional, knowledgeable and he tried to make sure our plan was the best for us.

The end results was reasonable and Wendy helped resolve the issue.

So far nothing has started yet. But the salesman sounds impressive, closed a deal quickly. I would like to take a look how is going in the long range.
