A complete rip off

A complete rip off. I made one service call on my clothes dryer after years of payments and they didn't do anything get it fixed. Instead they told me every reason why the technician hadn't come in 3 weeks to diagnose the issue. Cinch formerly HMS claims that they will call back or have someone call me back. To date

Our first experience with a Home Warranty Company

When we were preparing to buy our first home, I was hesitant about choosing a home warranty provider—most of the reviews I found online were discouraging. Our property is older and was purchased as-is, so we inherited quite a few aging appliances. Cinch stood out with affordable rates, and we decided to give them a try. I’m happy to say they’ve exceeded our expectations in the first few months. Their service has been prompt, reliable, and exactly as promised. If you're on the fence, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot.

I CANCELED my CINCH Home Service the…

I CANCELED my CINCH Home Service the SAME DAY I took it out.... I called and CANCEL the service and told your customer service to ensure my autopay was stopped and my banking information deleted from you computer systems. NOW. I am getting this email appearing that my CInch has not been Canceled. YOU need to ensure my account is CANCELD immediately. IF you charge my credit card in November, I will contact the appropriate authorities and persue legal action. Please ensure you contact me back and let me know for sure that this action has been taken by CINCH.... I look forward to your reply by calling me at 740-629-0487!
