My daughter and I bought our 1st house going on 3 years July 27th,2025, and as new homeowners you're not given every single detail of what's needed to protect your own. I just learned two weeks ago that our HVAC system wasn't covered under house policy. I tried to sign up with the agency I have a bundle with, they denied me, but my mortgage company didn't with awesome prices!
