I CANCELED my CINCH Home Service the SAME DAY I took it out.... I called and CANCEL the service and told your customer service to ensure my autopay was stopped and my banking information deleted from you computer systems. NOW. I am getting this email appearing that my CInch has not been Canceled. YOU need to ensure my account is CANCELD immediately. IF you charge my credit card in November, I will contact the appropriate authorities and persue legal action. Please ensure you contact me back and let me know for sure that this action has been taken by CINCH.... I look forward to your reply by calling me at 740-629-0487!
