The crying game 😞

So, I was a former customer of Cinch. Left before because I could no longer afford it. I came back as a customer, they had a really nice deal going.
I go on the site and it still has my old account showing. I tried to activate my new account but it kept defaulting back to my old account. Customer service was of no help. They couldn't figure out how to delete my old account! Or how to override old account to activate new account. I still do not know if I'm
registered with my new account. I had to give up for awhile as I wanted to go find a cliff to jump off of.
