I have just completed the trade-in and pick up of my new MG3 Hybrid+ with Jack Wadhams at Chorley Motor Group Burnley, and I could not recommend Jack and the company enough. I love the company; Jack couldnt do enough, was always there to answer my questions and is a total asset to the company. All the staff I have ever dealt with are knowledgeable and professional, and I would never go anywhere else anytime I need a car.

My husband and I contacted the store and spoke to a gentleman called Steven Fell he dealt with my enquiry and was very informative. We asked if we could visit the same day and test drive a car. When we arrived everything was organised paperwork, temp plates etc

Couldn’t find a car ideal for my German shepherds but Daniel at Burnley found me one suitable. Unfortunately after 3 months it had ad-blue issues & then the engine light appeared. Not being happy I rang them & the manager rang me back straight away. What can I say, he was so understanding knowing what I needed & that I wasn’t happy with the car I had. I was left in Andy’s capable hands & a new car & deal was found. Absolutely amazing this place. So warm, welcoming & do everything they can to keep their customers happy. 😊

I found myself in a position where I needed to get hold of new car rather quickly, I saw a vehicle on autotrader and proceeded to enquire about it via Burnley MG, I promptly received a call and some e-mails from Jack Wadhams, I live 2 hours away near Hull so had already test drove locally, Jack provided us with excellent service from start to finish especially as I needed a quick turnaround he was a pleasure to deal with, thanks also to Mackenzie who picked me up from the train station today when I came to collect the car, myself and my partner both love the vehicle and I’m very grateful to Chorley Group for offering us an excellent deal that we just couldn’t find locally. Purchased an MG HS, great car but the sat nav has stopped working (and now bluetooth connectivity). Been back to Chorley group Burnley 6 times and it's still not fixed. I have now been waiting a further 2 months with no follow up from the after sales team. The car is under warranty and yet they refuse to replace the console.

Very torn on how to review, or whether to review at all.
The chap who sold us the MG ZS ev in January 2023 was pleasant enough although he made a few errors along the way. Including selling us the wrong car (different plate) but same model so no harm done.
The problem is the product. The car is woeful. Glued together in Chinese factories and falling apart within a year. Advertised range of 200mile is less than 100 on a cold day driving above 50. Yes you expect some battery issues on an electric but that dip is atrocious.
The build quality is the main issue. Bits fall off, cameras and ports don't work. The console is always on the fritz. Android auto? Drops out every five miles or so.
As a dealership there fine. As a product, it's genuinely the worst mistake of my life buying this car. Buy cheap buy twice.
5* people 0* car so 2.5* average seems fair.

I found the staff were extremely welcoming especially Daniel who found me the right car at such short notice. Other garages couldn't find me a motorbility car for at least 3 months but Daniel found a stunning MG in a matter of days. Overall very happy.

Whilst this is not the nearest dealership to me. After initial contact with Miles through the MG4 EV forum. We were dealing with Rosie Devereux and she was extremely helpful right from the initial working out the figures along with Mike when Rosie was off and we were trying to get to an advanced stage before we went away on holiday. When we came back from holiday we came over for a test drive on the Bank Holiday Monday. Rosie came out with us as I explained that we were not familiar with the area and I had never driven an EV and an Automatic before which was very helpful and considerate. We instantly felt at ease with Rosie and after the test drive we signed up for the car which is a MG4 Trophy.
We have signed up for a Service Plan through Rosie and the Chorley Group at Burnley as we feel confident that we will be well looked after.
So once again thank you Rosie, Miles, Mike and I mustn’t forget Gareth who looked after us on handover day.
