Cystatin C test

I had tried another place for a Men’s Health test which was supposed to be saying as part of the test my Kidneys wasn’t functioning properly. I then read about the accuracy of that type of test especially if taking creatinine and my nutritionist suggested I take a Cystatin C test which is more accurate Selph was one of not many places that did that test.

Having read the reviews for Selph I ordered one from them. Once I had completed the blood extraction and posted it within minutes of the procedure. It arrived at them the next morning and was acknowledged on their site and in an email the results was with me within 3 days of posting despite the site saying lab time could be 7 days depending on the tests being performed.

I was mighty impressed in the quick turnaround and my results came that my kidneys were functioning normally.

Wouldn’t hesitate to use Selph again.

I was contacted at an hours notice to…

I was contacted at an hours notice to say they were cancelling my appointment because the nurse had rung in sick. Which then I had to reschedule my appointment for another date which meant I had to rearrange other appointments to fit in. But the big issue for me is that if I had cancelled at such short notice that would have incurred a charge to me. No offer of compensation or a reduction to the fee paid for the service which should be the case if they can charge if I had cancelled at an hours notice. Too one sided arrangement and needs looking at as I am far from happy.

The service was a bit sketchy at best…

The service was a bit sketchy at best via email. Slow responses and my issue seemed to get passed around with people asking the same questions as to what my issue was. It got resolved in the end but I think I received an email with a fixed price offer earlier than it was ready.

Their customer service is terrible been…

Their customer service is terrible been on the phone for several hours over the past 3 days to try and get through to check that an order has been cancelled that they cocked up in store.

Haven’t been able to get past the queue and speak to someone despite the site saying 5 minutes waiting time.

Absolutely appalling don’t think we will be ordering from them again if this is how they treat their customers.

good…app but some additional features would make it better

Generally finding the app good especially the chat section which saves phoning up. One thing that would be great would be live notifications to my phone when a transaction happens either coming in or going out. This is one of the good features with my previous bank.

None 48 hour tracked delivery

Despite supposed to be sent through Royal Mail 48 hours tracked which should have been with me by Wednesday on that basis. Order hasn’t been received and the Royal Mail app just says we haven’t tried to deliver this item yet so no updates. This is what it has been saying all along with no idea if the order has actually been sent.

Emailed Ava and no response other than an automated response which says could take up to two weeks to get a response which is ridiculous and very poor customer service.

Very disappointing as the Premium snow foam lance kit has had good reviews on YouTube and I was looking forward to getting it and using it this week.

Well the order arrived today via Royal Snail. The app never updated until the delivery so no idea they actually had it or where it was till it arrived unannounced. But still not happy as the invoice in the box says it was supposed to come by DPD next day. So I don’t know what has gone on there. Unfortunately I had paid through PayPal and I had complained to them regarding non delivery and instead of them contacting the company they just did a refund of purchase price and closed the case.

So now I will have to contact AVA to pay again.

Still haven’t heard anything from Ava regarding the email I sent them.

I'm sorry for your experience with your purchase. This is definitely not normal and doesn't happen often. 
From what I can tell, everything seems to have gone the way it should from our side until the delivery company took over. 
Also saw that my colleague helped solve the problem 4-5 days after you sent the email. 
This is also not ideal, but we are only human and sometimes things happen that causes delays. 
Again, I'm really sorry for the delay you experienced.

Excellent service from the team at Chorley MG Burnley

Whilst this is not the nearest dealership to me. After initial contact with Miles through the MG4 EV forum. We were dealing with Rosie Devereux and she was extremely helpful right from the initial working out the figures along with Mike when Rosie was off and we were trying to get to an advanced stage before we went away on holiday. When we came back from holiday we came over for a test drive on the Bank Holiday Monday. Rosie came out with us as I explained that we were not familiar with the area and I had never driven an EV and an Automatic before which was very helpful and considerate. We instantly felt at ease with Rosie and after the test drive we signed up for the car which is a MG4 Trophy.

We have signed up for a Service Plan through Rosie and the Chorley Group at Burnley as we feel confident that we will be well looked after.

So once again thank you Rosie, Miles, Mike and I mustn’t forget Gareth who looked after us on handover day.

Very poor tracking

Slow delivery after it’s saying dispatched and tracking very poor on the app end up not knowing when the order is going to arrive

I am really sorry to hear your comments about the delivery and the tracking information from the courier.

I've had a look into the delivery situation with your order, and can see you placed your order on Sunday 15th, and you selected the Standard 3-5 working day delivery service with Evri. I can see from the tracking that the order got to you on 20th January, which is within the 5 working days stated at checkout. I hope this was the case Kevin and that this did indeed get to you in time, but I would like to offer our sincere apologies if the tracking is incorrect and this was not the case.

Just to let you know, if you wanted quicker delivery in future, we do have faster delivery options available at the checkout from Yodel and DPD Local, alongside the standard Evri service you chose on this occasion.

In regards to the tracking info, I am really sorry to hear you had issues with this. This is an extremely rare occurrence and we usually find the tracking is accurate, so we are keen to find out more about what went wrong for you so we can look into this and feed back to the courier. Can’t fault the service

Ordered a dual hook ez bar for a cable machine after ordering from another company which didn’t bother to send me a confirmation or dispatch notification despite being paid through PayPal and finding out that they weren’t UK based despite using a UK website address. I am in dispute with them now.

What a difference with CYC fitness. Whilst the same bar was more expensive. I was highly impressed with the service I had a order confirmation and invoice in minutes after ordering and in no time at all I was informed that the bar was dispatched and had the tracking number and it arrived at mine within 24 hours of ordering and they are UK based.

The bar itself is perfect and is of solid construction and just what I was after. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again should I need anything. All in all excellent and it’s true you get what you pay for.

Not so sure I will be receiving my order

I only thought to look at here for the reviews after I have placed an order for a dual hook ez bar for a cable machine.

I haven’t received any confirmation of my order or any information on when it will be dispatched with any tracking number despite my payment being made through PayPal.

I e mailed them yesterday morning and no response has been received.

I will give it a few more days and if I don’t here anything then I’ll be in touch with PayPal seeking a refund.

So beware

Excellent service of Lisa, I had ordered a book and hadn’t received an email confirmation. She picked up the message quickly and said my email had been entered incorrectly on the website hence why I hadn’t got a confirmation. She corrected the error quickly and confirmed my order.
