Out of date spare wheel canister

I still have not had a response to the below complaint even though one was promised! Again nother example of poor service..

After getting a service from a different, more local dealer, I was informed that the spare wheel canister was out of date. In itself this wouldn't be a problem but it went out of date on 28/12/2019 which was before the car was even registered. In addition to this I have had the vehicle serviced by Chorley Group twice before and this has never been identified.
I contacted Chorley Group last week by chat and was told someone would return my call to discuss, this has yet to happen

Poor after sales service

Purchased an MG HS, great car but the sat nav has stopped working (and now bluetooth connectivity). Been back to Chorley group Burnley 6 times and it's still not fixed. I have now been waiting a further 2 months with no follow up from the after sales team. The car is under warranty and yet they refuse to replace the console.
