Very convenient service. Good-quality car. Price is reasonable. I did find it hard to locate the rental office and the annual membership fee was a surprise.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. It is all financial , first the membership has to be paid 2 weeks after you lease the vechicle which was not told to me. When I asked for a extension they said no ! Next when your payment is due you never know how much it could be. The taxes are not added until the day 5hey are processing your payment. Not happy with this company at all !

Flex has work to do!
Car was initially dirty, getting it recleaned wasn’t much better. The car battery went out completely. I got it replaced but it was a huge hassle resulting in me completely missing work.
The miles limit is ridiculous if…
The miles limit is ridiculous if someone is paying 800 a month for a car it should be unlimited miles . Come on I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining about the miles .
Not a cost saver
If You Are Looking for a Money-Saving Stop Gap, Proceed with Caution
I’m giving FlexCar 2 stars — one for the kind and helpful staff, and one for the car itself, which ran well. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me financially frustrated and deeply disappointed.
I initially signed up thinking FlexCar would be a temporary, cost-effective solution — something that would cost around $750 per month including insurance. But very quickly, that projection unraveled. In both September and October, my actual monthly charges ballooned to over $1,400.
The most maddening part of the experience was the way FlexCar withdraws large amounts of money from your account with no warning or approval. The tipping point for me was an incident where my rearview mirror was damaged by a hit-and-run. I fully understood I would be responsible for the cost, and I even requested to break the $2,000 deductible into manageable payments. Instead, FlexCar immediately attempted to pull the full $2,000 from my account in a single transaction, without discussing terms or timelines.
This unexpected withdrawal caused a significant financial strain. And while I understand insurance deductibles are standard, the lack of communication, consent, or flexibility in handling it was unacceptable.
FlexCar might still be a viable short-term option for someone in a pinch — but only if you:
Stay well under mileage limits
Avoid any damage whatsoever
Are okay with little-to-no control over your bank account once it's linked
In the end, the hidden costs outweighed the convenience, and I strongly urge others to read the fine print and prepare for unexpected charges if they move forward.
I think Flexcar has a lot of good…
I think Flexcar has a lot of good perks, no obligation to a car note, included, maintenance included. The only thing that is starting to feel like with all those perks it’s still not worth it, is having to pay for the mileage.
Smooth and informative experience
Easy, smooth experience. A little congested at the time I went, maybe consider adding a variety of shorter timeframes for pick up to lighten burden on staff and minimize wait times. Once it was my turn, they were friendly and very helpful answering all of my questions and inspired trust and reliability if anything was to go wrong.
Seamless operations and Transparency
Ensure seamless operations while continuously updating and maintaining vital information related to all Flexcar requirements and rewards.

If the person before have the car and didn’t keep up with the maintenance, the responsibility fall on the next person. And little on the pricy side with the taxes included

There’s no understanding about bank fraud no payment arrangements. Nothing you have the most worthless customer service I have ever seen in any company I have ever dealt with and I’ve run a company. It’s completely ridiculous.
I would love to do a video as…
I would love to do a video as advertisement. From the beginning Flexcar has been a total new wave of new generation of getting a car. Down to me feeling like it wasn’t true and I knew I needed to talk to a physical person. Which was awesome. It’s gave me reassurance and a clear mind on everything. Which was I needed to get me my car. As I wish I would have known sooner. I would put anyone on to this way of independence. A way of leveling up. For my situation it has been perfect. Not having to worry about a contract for one. Like the ability to know have to be tied down. Mind blowing then not having to worry about maintenance. Like what so unreal. Flexcar is the way of not what are you doing.
Such a great concept and save so much $$
Such a great concept and save so much money. Flexcar is really the future of car dealership. I have been stress free since having a Flexcar and being able to drive a car that is of my dream without the hassle of having to deal with paying maintenance and save money on gas. Love and highly recommend!
So far so good

I am pleased with your service and its a good idea for the people to be able to have a package with the insurance added.
Car pickup process is great, accident handling is bad
Car pickup process is great. Accident dealing is pathetic.
Don’t like that car is not swapped after accident if it’s drivable and additionally charge for swap in these circumstances is bad.
Charging customer even no fault is given by police report is bad. Customer has no control and getting this money back as insurance claim is handled by Flexcar with no insight to customer on timeline etc.
