The order received is not the right one.
Indeed, I ordered a clock size 56 cm and I receive a clock size 40 cm which is not suitable
I sent several emails with photos of the wrong clock, supporting evidence that I had made the right order with 56cm (print-screen of my order)
I still have not received a concrete response regarding a refund or a return of the right order = 56 cm to my home
I would like to have news of your service

My package was deliverd in front of my habitation, outside. Without autorisation. the package could be stolen… i m disapointaded
