I needed to replace a broken hinge on my kitchen unit and had some difficulty identifying the correct parts.

The website allows you to order material and pay for it even though it’s not in stock. Then they tell you some days later there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order. The company does not operate a stock management system linked to their own website. In this day and age, really? If i had known this at the time i would have gone elsewhere, if you don’t want to be disappointed you know what to do.

I ordered 10 Blum Tandem Plus Blumotion with Couplings, 550H, of the rails I ordered three came without the piston used for the soft close, they weren't in the box. However the box was marked as damaged by Fedex so it looks like the pistons had been lost in transit. I raised with Buller the next day with pictures, they assured me it didn't leave the site that way, without delay they sent two pairs of rails to resolve the problem. I have more rails to buy as I am fitting three wardrobes with pull out shoe shelves. I will use Buller again. Thanks to Mila for helping throughout and providing excellent customer service.

Awful customer service with products that are not fit for the purposes advertised.
I purchased a sliding door mechanism less than a year ago, it has failed twice and cost me a lot. First time the fittings provided failed. To save the door my specialist installer had to flip the door and use other fitting but it failed again. In contacting their customer services to point out that all instructions had been followed and used as advertised their approach was to to willfully obtuse. They blamed the replacement fittings, ignoring the fact that the ones provided had already failed, then said it should have been installed differently because it was MDF, even though their website clearly says it is for MDF doors and no instructions were provided for different installation for different materials. Buller simply play dumb and contradict themselves to avoid accountability.
Completely dodgy. Total disregard or consumer rights laws. AVOID this company.

Ordered some items and one piece had a part missing. Emailed buller and had a response almost immediately and had an offer for the part to he dropped off as I needed urgently. I wasn't able to have it dropped off so they sent it and received it the next morning in time for a job

I ordered a pullout larder several years ago, which is sturdy and of great quality. I needed some spare parts (because I noticed a small mistake I had made during assembly) and to my pleasant surprise it was very easy to get those parts from Buller. Great customer service 👍.

Appalling 'service'. The drop down box on their order page pulled my address through incorrectly despite me putting the correct postcode in. Buller's courier left the item unattended on the doorstep at this address and forged a delivery signature. Despite supplying a delivery photo that clearly shows the item has been left unattended Oskar at Buller has point blank refused to offer any help or support whatsoever. There are lots of places you can order these items from - please avoid Buller because if something goes wrong their terrible staff simply do not care and that's not the mark of a good business.
*Update* Oskar has replied, which is more than he's bothered to do to me. I've clearly noted that the address was a mistake. However, you have not fulfilled the order because it was left unattended by your courier.
You state: "when the item is dispatched, you also receive an email that states the address, and finally you would receive information from the couriers themselves with where they are sending the parcel". None of these things happened.
You state: "We sent you a POD photo of the parcel by a front door". A parcel left unattended on a street in London - that's not a correct delivery process is it. I wonder what might possibly go wrong there Oskar?
Had the delivery process been followed this address issue would have been caught and the item could have been returned. Instead the item has been left unattended at the wrong address and you can't even be bothered to try to help.
