At start achieved freezing level quickly and maintained on low setting. Instruction booklet very basic with some puzzling info. Various phone no.s given for registration but online site very clear with helpful instructions, including location of serial no.

Three DVDs were ordered. Two were as expected but the third was a CD. I advised WOB by email and was asked to send photos of front and back, which I did by return. That was nearly 2 weeks ago but no response. Several reminder emails sent. Message just received to say don't keep sending reminders as you go to the end of the queue each time. Hopeless!

Delivery for an order placed was due whilst we were away. I contacted BT to explain and request delay for the following week, which was agreed.
However, there was no information about delivery during that week so I sent an email.
There was an apology with the reason that it had dropped out of the normal procedure and promise that it would be out for delivery shortly, which it was, and delivered soon after.

Book arrived in reasonable time.
Condition was described as very good, which was accurate for external appearance.
Inside pages were noticeably foxed, though not enough to impair readability.

After completing questions required I was given a contact name matching my requirements within 5 minutes. I was puzzled that the location was a long way from my home town. A phone call established that it was an old address that had not been updated and the Adviser was in a new location quite near.

There was a delay in acquiring stock for the size required. A date was given but had to be chased when it didn't arrive. Concerned response and delivery made 2 days later.
As a regular purchaser this was an unusual experience as service is normally service is 5 star.

Generally meets expectations of an efficient, compact, hand cordless vacuum cleaner. Main criticism is the noise level and manipulation of dust collector which is a bit tricky.

Ordering was made by phone and was dealt with very efficiently with email confirmation following. The garment arrived a few days later in convenient packaging. The fit (trousers) was perfect and I was delighted with the quality.

With previous suppliers I have been accustomed to the annual renewal cost being a considerable increase. This is my first renewal with Octopus and I was very pleased to see there was a small decrease in the fixed price renewal cost. That's a first to be celebrated!

The book was very inexpensive plus free delivery. It arrived before the predicted date and the condition was reasonable.

After having much difficulty with a competitor's online application I found the Staysure application was practical and straightforward to complete. Confirmation and follow-up has been excellent.
