Discriminative. I was accused of listing a fake item then unfairly permanently blocked. I asked how the genuinely bought item I posted seemed fake, as there were a lot more items of the same brand and type posted with much less images, was provided with no justification and ignored. I asked why was I permanently blocked as guidelines state 'continuous' posting of fake items will lead to a permanently block, and was ignored. Now, I can't sell or buy anything on the site. Listing and sales once finalised are good but the seller rules, service communication and internal processes are not reasonable.

Alex Nunn was really helpful on the phone and email to make sure I was happy with my order and well managed it to delivery for me. I needed more and he sorted it out really quickly for me, making sure my order was correct. Really happy with the flooring too.

I bought the Vision Heritage internal bifolding doors in black. I got really prompt help and advice from Izzy before buying - it wasn’t easy as I already had a larger opening - and when I couldn’t find one of the packages delivered, a lady over the phone was really helpful to talk me through what could be missing. Everything was delivered well packaged. The doors look great.

Totally agree with the other 1 star reviews and it’s clear these people do not care about their reputation or giving good customer service when something goes wrong or a customer wants a refund or compensation.
Yes, they gave me a refund (as I was protected by eBay) but only after the most unhelpful and unfortunate communication and giving them the opportunity to resolve the issue. They implied the broken skylight delivered on 07/11/21 was my fault (I didn’t make it, transport it or lift it off the truck), despite what they say - windows do not just break - unprotected ‘toughened’ glass on the back of a truck is more likely to crack enroute (but apparently not says them). I then had 3 large skylights delivered successfully by a different company and saw how they were safely transported and delivered. A couple of pictures with my builders’ hands on the broken skylight and rambling explanations of glass do not prove anything. Then they gave all the excuses to not collect the 1.5m x 1.5m useless frame and huge mess that was left behind.
If you look at the other 1 star reviews left, you’ll see they hide behind defensiveness, explanations and excuses and not actually reaching a solution that’s satisfactory, and play the victim.
They never answer the phone (even though they tell you to call) and call back within a window that suits them (and think it’s ok). When you do speak to them they’re patronising, lack any understanding and reel off the same justifications for taking no accountability and insist on continuing to speak (or write). They would rather spend the time trying to confuse a civilian consumer than listen to, and understand, what the actual issue is. Their sign off has no name - says a lot. Then they try and pass you over to ‘management’, by which point, what hope is there of a resolution. Avoid. Here comes the insincere apology, ‘appreciation’ and long winded, defensive excuses.

They keep your money!!! Be careful before purchasing anything of high value. I purchased a 4D baby scan which was cancelled due to Covid, rather than refunding me, they kept my money (£79) as credit. It's completely unreasonable that they keep my money when I have no interest in anything to the value of £79 and not my fault the merchant can't fulfil the purchase. Customer Service have no common sense and suggested I did the scan later, after my baby is born!

Order number 74487. I ordered a birthday gift on the website in November 2019, it didn't allow leaving a gift message. I had to chase delivery information after paying extra for Saturday delivery, I got no confirmation. I had to cancel the order (it never arrived) and never got my refund of £75.94. Multiple emails were ignored. Finally got through on the phone to a lady (who never stated what her name is), but finally got my refund in July 2020 after a few calls. I never heard back from her about compensation as promised.
