Had the full Eco4 system installed for…

Had the full Eco4 system installed for health reasons. The company were a bit slow to start with the paperwork but much of that was down to the local council. Once they started they were fast and efficient. The subcontractors that they used were excellent, left everything tidy and cleaned up after themselves and were nice professional guys. They warned us that they would have to make some holes in order to do the work, but they filled them afterwards. Had a small problem with the system but it was sorted by speaking to an engineer. Only complaint was that the scaffolding was left for 3 months after they had finished despite me contacting the company, and they did some damage in my garden when removing it. But honestly, I would give them a 10/10 for the work done. Thank you Broad Oak - and have to say thanks to Hannah and Dan for their organisation that got the whole job done.

Response to the elusive Ryan

Good afternoon Ryan , thanks so much for your response. I have already tried to return the offending item to your Shrewsbury store, but they refused ( although this goes completely against your returns policy, which I have a copy of). So they tell me I don’t have a returns code, whatever that mystical thing may be. If the two members of staff that I spoke to had sent me one, my trip would not have been a waste of time. So please do oblige me with a code.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS I recentine a Microsoft…

I recently ordered online a Microsoft product, inadvertently I ordered one for delivery. Having realised my mistake about 30 seconds after pressing the button to buy, I contacted Curry’s PCWorld and cancelled my order, who then told me I would be refunded into my bank account within 5 days. I actually received the product by post several days later. When my refund didn’t happen I contacted them again and they told me it could be 7,10and finally 14 days. I asked them to decide which it was to be and they couldn’t give me an answer. I informed them of the fact I had received the product, they started to arrange collection (which I refused until my refund had appeared in my bank account. On original cancellation phone call, they emailed me the cancellation policy- which states I can take my product back in to a store and be refunded. I took it in to Curry’s PC World in Shrewsbury, where I spoke to a spotty youth who told me it wasn’t possible to be refunded in store (despite what the returns policy states). He then completely ignored me and carried on using his laptop. I left the store fuming. Since then no refund has appeared in my bank account. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, they appear to be ripping off the public with false promises.im a retired nurse and I live on a pension of £500 a month and £119.99 knocks a big hole in my finances. So if you want to lose your money, deal with them. If you like me can’t afford to lose that money DONT TOUCH ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES!!! I really can’t give them any kind of rating here.

I ordered a table on 1st June

I ordered a table on 1st June, company took my money- no table no explanation no communication, supposed to have delivery within 3 days. Tried to ring holding for 30 minutes, no answer. Sent an email, automated standard reply sent back . Have told them by email that I will be pursuing this legally. I want my money back! Do NOT order from this company, you won’t get a product or response, after reading all the negative reviews on rattan direct I believe they are a con, and I will be reporting them to trading standards, the advertising standards authority,and Google. I have bought lots of garden furniture off various internet companies, never had this problem before.
