Parents were successful for ECO system…

Parents were successful for ECO system with Broad Oak back in October said would take 2 weeks.Not the case still having issues now!! Paid yet again for gas fitter to fix gas leak from the main gas source caused by new piping fitted by this company. Had 3 different issues with gas since their work, leaking toilet from pipework istalled by them which they firstly denied causing and we paid to have mended. Boiler pipework was initially fitted wrong which we only discovered when our gas fitter ( who we always use) asked to come & check what Broad Oak had done. Constant calls & different people giving different reasons ect all in all took many weeks to address problems!! Also broke wardrobe in Mum's room.
