All this years I've been in Holland, this is the first time breman have send a werker that knows what he was doing, his name is Chris, this guy is good in his werk, he is friendly, focused and he does his werk good, he make sure everything was werking good, I use to set my hither very high like 23, to get warm, and it kost me a lot of bill last year, but after Chris performed his magic, everything is werking perfectly, that Chris need a salary raise, thank u Chris for making me happy. Good job, breman is the best.

The second person who came (a woman) solved the problem and our heater works just fine.
However, the person who did the maintenance did not solve our problem, did not fill in the documentation and did forward the request for an offer about a new ventilation.

We sent twice e-mails for Ventilation duct was not repair during replacing the boiler, so please update this issue, and let me know when can you visit us again and fix it.

If i could give negative stars i would.
Over one year trying to book a service very unsuccessfully but every month they take my money.
Called multiple times. Every time someone says i will be contacted to no avail. Filled in multiple service requests on the website. My wife did exactly the same.
I will search for legal advice as this HAS to be illegal.
UPDATE 17/12/2024:
- I contacted Client Service as suggested in their response and guess what:
"Thank you! A colleague will contact you."
When i asked WHEN??? I got the usual - SILENCE!!!

avoid this company!!!!! find another one, because they will definitely do their job better, more professionally and faster. when replacing a gas furnace they flooded my basement causing damage. 3 months have passed and I am still fighting to have the damage repaired. embarrassing!!!

I’ve had multiple boiler service contracts with them for years.
In the beginning, they were good. Now they will not answer their phones at any number nor answer emails.
All their service requests systems end in dead ends. We are paying for maintenance plans and getting nothing out of them. I can’t even get ahold of anyone to cancel our plans.
This has gotten to being outright illegal
Breman customer service is close to worthless. We originally signed a 24 months contract. During this period we moved and we were confirmed that no issues with moving to the contract to the new address. We requested to stop the contract by end of the 24 months as we didn't want to continue after that. For this we received an email confirmation for.
At the new address, we requested a check for the new CV boiler. Afterwards we received an invoice of +200 euros with a comment that we have canceled the contract within the contract period and the cheaper option would be to pay the invoice (the other option to pay out the contract). At became clear for as that Breman automatically starts a new 24 months contract if you move. The only way they inform about it is in one of the contract attachments (all in Dutch of course).
Customer service kindly said they will not do anything so 'see you in court' if you are not satisfied.
I tried to reach them out via client phone number several times and it is impossible to do it. I left two messages/mail via their system and let them know it is an urgent issue, but there were no response both of time. And I have a service contract with them!
At the end, I repaired my CV-ketel to a local company in my town. Zero client satisfaction!!
They keep on making new appointments and they never show up, customers service is totally unfriendly, and they never do what they are supposed to do.
The customer service responded quickly and fixed our problem.
