Be careful with Breman contracts
Breman customer service is close to worthless. We originally signed a 24 months contract. During this period we moved and we were confirmed that no issues with moving to the contract to the new address. We requested to stop the contract by end of the 24 months as we didn't want to continue after that. For this we received an email confirmation for.
At the new address, we requested a check for the new CV boiler. Afterwards we received an invoice of +200 euros with a comment that we have canceled the contract within the contract period and the cheaper option would be to pay the invoice (the other option to pay out the contract). At became clear for as that Breman automatically starts a new 24 months contract if you move. The only way they inform about it is in one of the contract attachments (all in Dutch of course).
Customer service kindly said they will not do anything so 'see you in court' if you are not satisfied.
