Poor customer service

I bought several fragrances from the Jovoy Paris. To be trully fair, i never had a problem before.
Unfortunately, i ordered a fragrance from the website 3 weeks ago which never arrived. during all this time, i was never approached by customer service giving me any update in-spite of me calling and emailing multiple times asking for updates. I was the one calling the transport company multiple times only to find out that my fragrance got broken along the way. i called customer service of this and even then, i am still waiting to her about next steps. It is very unlikely that I will ever buy another fragrance from Jovoy Paris.

If i could give negative stars i would.

If i could give negative stars i would.
Over one year trying to book a service very unsuccessfully but every month they take my money.
Called multiple times. Every time someone says i will be contacted to no avail. Filled in multiple service requests on the website. My wife did exactly the same.
I will search for legal advice as this HAS to be illegal.


UPDATE 17/12/2024:
- I contacted Client Service as suggested in their response and guess what:

"Thank you! A colleague will contact you."

When i asked WHEN??? I got the usual - SILENCE!!!

Yep, legal advice it is...
