Ik heb een Dyson Airstrait besteld bij Basler Beauty, maar deze is nooit aangekomen door problemen met de verzending en het lokale DHL-kantoor. Ondanks extra verzekeringskosten neemt Basler Beauty geen verantwoordelijkheid en houden ze mijn geld vast totdat het ongeopende pakket wordt geretourneerd. Dit was buiten mijn controle. Ze zijn volledig verantwoordelijk voor de verzending. Ik zal nooit meer zaken doen met deze scam-site.

They are claiming unpaid invoices already charged to my credit card. Invoicing things MONTHS ahead of agreed terms.
Then some idiot from Malaysia harasses me at night for "unpaid" invoices that are paid.

Charging for February in December was not in your terms and conditions. Sending reminders and harassing me for payments for meeting rooms already paid by credit cards was not in the terms agreed.
The local teams did a good job, the problem remains the people likd you, who still reply with a condencending attitude.

Taxi from the airport to the hotel was acceptable. Costed slightly more than driving on the meter.
Taxi back from the hotel to the airport never showed up. I called the emergency number, but that did not work. I eventually got through to Jessica, who would call me back after investigating what had happened. After a short while, she did. She told us that the Taxi was stuck in traffic in Barcelona and recommended that we take a local taxi back. They would then refund the costs within 20 days.
We did. And we were lucky enough to catch our flight as there was ABSOLUTELY no traffic in Barcelona on a Sunday morning.
I submitted the claim on board the plane and got a standard email that they would review this within 30 days.
Two weeks later, I got an automated zendesk reply that they would get back to me in 45 days.
This smells like a scam, and I will now reverse the charge with the credit card company.
Advice to stay clear of this company as their routines do not stand up to the standards expected in this day or time.

The 36 donuts ordered was only 18 when they arrived. They were ALL smashed and uneatable. Wish the driver could have taken due care. Now starts the job of getting a refund.

Usefull and simple site. I needed to buy insurance for my wife parents.
I missed the opportunity to purchase additional insurance products such as luggage + delays etc.

Where is my phone?
I ordered it on the 16th and paid in full.
I was promised delivery on the 18th.
On the 23rd I receive an email promising delivery on the 3rd of March.
When I call support nobody knows anything.
When I try whatsap, there is no response.
No response on Twitter.
Will I ever get the phone, or do I need to contact my card provider to do a charge-back?
