Bought my car (Hyundai tucson) from bravo auto in 2023.did all the paper work online and I was asked to come for the car only to get to the Liverpool branch and I had to wait for more Dan 4 hours. The car wasn’t ready to pick up. Eventually I got the car and two months later the battery in the car completely stopped working. Called them for help and it was a waste of of time. Emailed the branch manager several times but didn’t receive even one reply back.i will never recommend or get a car from bravo auto again.
Happy motorist
My story is long, so quickly, Bundoora establishment, service excellent, staff were magnificent, Katie was and is super helpful as were all the staff and management, I would definitely buy a car from them again.

I have contacted group1/bravoauto many times for a refund on my car Warranty. Bought the car in 2024 from Cheshire branch which shut down in December. My nearest approved Garage is 150 miles away and I cannot get a tax registered garage to do the paperwork near me as they want payment upfront and dont want to be mithered with the paper work. I can only take the car to the garage at the weekend when the warranty company are closes so I can't even use my warranty. I have founs you guys many times and the last call the lady said. "Because the branch is closed, we don't know what to do." I have sent emails and complaints that have all been ignored. I will be reporting the company to ombudsman
DUE MOT
I had a good experience with them, i bought a car last October with extended warranty, my MOT is due on the 17th of July. CARSA has refused to take responsibility saying they are two different companies, I don't know what to do.
Mislead - false promises - used life savings
Dear Bravoauto Customer Experience Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my experience with Bravoauto Warrington following the purchase of my Kia Niro on 12th April 2023, for the full price of £18,514.
At the time of purchase, I was given several assurances by the team at the branch — none of which have been fulfilled, even now, over two years later.
Firstly, I was promised that the wheel caps would be replaced, as some were damaged. I was assured they would be sent to my home address, but nothing ever arrived. Despite repeated follow-ups, including calls, messages, and voicemails, my communications were increasingly ignored by members of the team.
Secondly, I was told that scratches on the car would be professionally repaired. On the day I collected the vehicle, I was informed that the garage detailer was not available because the garage was closed. Since I had travelled all the way from London to collect the car, I was promised that Bravoauto would arrange for the detailing to be done at a location nearer to me. To this day, that has not happened, and I have never received any update or follow-up.
I find it completely unacceptable that after paying the full price for the car and placing my trust in the professionalism of Bravoauto, I have been met with unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and what feels like complete disregard for customer care.
I am requesting an immediate investigation into this matter and a formal response. I also expect Bravoauto to now honour the original commitments made — both the replacement of the wheel caps and the repair of the scratches.
Please treat this as a formal complaint. I look forward to your reply within 5 working days before I consider escalating the matter further through consumer protection channels and public review platforms.
Yours sincerely,
Mijanoor Meah
Extremely disappointed- Avoid Bravoauto
I bought a car from Bravoauto in February 2023, and within two weeks, rust started appearing on the vehicle. I reported it immediately, and they carried out a so-called “repair” – but unsurprisingly, the rust returned within another two weeks.
At the time of purchase, I specifically asked if the car had been in any incidents, and Bravoauto assured me it had not. However, upon checking the logbook, I discovered there had been previous body repairs on the exact panel that is now rusting. Clearly, this was either misleading or a serious oversight on their part.
I fought to get the issue properly resolved, eventually convincing them to send the car to a proper body shop, and I was given a courtesy car for two weeks. After this, the rust was temporarily gone, but within a month or two, it came back yet again. At that point, I gave up fighting with them—I was tired of the hassle and poor service.
Fast forward to 2025, and the rust is now worse than ever—arguably worse than if I’d never had it treated at all.
Bravoauto talks a good game, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. If you’re expecting honest information, quality vehicles, and reliable aftercare, look elsewhere. Rust should not be an issue weeks after purchase, and it certainly shouldn’t continue getting worse after multiple repairs.

Service plan
Had my car for two years from Bravo auto in Warrington, no problems and they closed at the end of last year but I’ve had an Email saying my service plan has been cancelled, I’ve not been able to find anyone to give me further information, even went in Inchcape Toyota who did my last service and they were not able to help me, hoping for a reply to this comment.

I bought a car in last Aug along with 3 years extended warranty, service plan, MOT and roadside assistance. Now got an email saying the company is ceased. I don’t know now how my warranty and other things are affected. Such a shame by putting customers into trouble.

Brought my Range Rover from Bravo Auto…
Brought my Range Rover from Bravo Auto Cheltenham end of August 2023 took it back twice in the first 2 weeks only to be told the problem was the heater and they couldn't get the part they finally gave me a courtesy car after 3 weeks and to top it all found out they were shutting down. so I called in to see where my car was being sent for repair they assured me it would be done by the local dealer. once they shut I couldn't locate my car so out of desperation I phoned Bravo auto in Swindon to my relief it was there fast forward 2 months on and a load arguments I asked for a second opinion to the problem it turns out the fuse had blown and Cheltenham didn't check so I finally told to collect the car I went to Swindon to collect to find it parked under a tree filthy dirty and a flat battery I could not believe it no one from the showroom came out luckily I had a jumpstart in the boot which I always carry.
Terrible experience with BravoAuto
they ruined the experience of collecting a new car

Originally I have them 5 star as they ask you to do this when they hand over keys to you. At the time I thought I was getting a great deal, little to my knowledge they are complete scam artists. Had recurring issue on car which originally they said would be covered by warranty but at point after I got it they said no not covered and I was over 600 down on a lie. Very dodgy, stay away from them

Bought a lovely car from Liverpool Bravo Auto…
Bought a lovely car from Bravo Auto Liverpool in October 2024. Adam the Sales Representative sent videos and photos and was very patient with any queries I had. The car was sold unseen and it was not a disappointment when it arrived. Have had the car three months and no problems at all. A first class service.

We bought a car and everything was fine…
We bought a car and everything was fine until we went to collect it.
On inspection of the car I found that it had a least 1 loose wheel nut and so had obviously not been checking before our collection.
I asked for the whole car to be checked again and it was found that the thread of the wheel nut was stripped and it needed a new brake drum and wheel hub.
The inspection sheet that I requested to show they had looked at it was from August (we bought the car in October).
They also only replaced 1 brake drum and refused to replace the other despite all manufacturers recommending that brake items are replaced in pairs.
Overall I have no intention of using the place again for any mechanical work as I have no confidence in their ability to do it properly.

Excellent car buying experience from…
Excellent car buying experience from start to finish. I recently purchased a Mercedes Slk 350 amg from Bravoauto Warrington, and the service I received from Dave Sherwood was exemplary. After the test drive, there was an
issue with the brakes. Dave and Bravoauto sorted it out straight away. I was kept informed all through the process, no pressure to buy, all car sales people would do well to take a leaf out of his book. I would certainly buy another car from here if I ever needed to.

Car purchase at Bravoauto Towcester…
When I travelled to Bravoauto Towcester to test drive & look over my preferred car the sales lady was not very knowledgeable about the car & was unable to answer some of my questions. Part of my negotiations with Safia Arif regarding the purchase of the Suzuki Vitara at the full asking price was for a full tank of petrol, however once I had paid in full & arrived to collect the vehicle it only had just below half a tank of petrol. When I questioned this matter I was told "the car is yours now, the transfer of ownership is complete!" I did not expect this attitude & this is certainly not good customer service therefore I will not be recommending Bravoauto at Towcester or using there services again. I will add that the rest of the staff that we spoke with during our visits were very helpful.

Avoid Bravo Auto / INCHCAPE Toyota!!!
Avoid Bravo Auto / INCHCAPE Toyota!!!
They are selling faulty cars and they not answering email and phone calls once you come across the problem. They also selling warranty policy which is useless as that product does not exist. You are on your own with all the problems that pop up after you buy the car from them.
We have bought the car on 30.09.23 and picked up on 01.10.23. 2 weeks after (13.10.23) the engine lite pop on and we have reported it. We have been sent to Toyota in Burton for check up on the 17.10.23. In the meantime, the light gone, but this does not mean the problem disappear, so we wanted to check it anyway. Toyota did not find the fault as was saying that error was old, and they wanted to charge us £60 for plugging in the computer even when we have the car under warranty. On the 21.10.23 we went for Anoki restaurant in Derby for a meal and when we came back to the car, we noticed the clutch pedal was down and we couldn`t start the engine. We phoned the numbers from the paperwork we have been given and we have been told we do not have cover for break down!!! It was nearly midnight, so we have decided to take taxi back home. On Sunday we have called BravoAuto but the manager Andre Pieters - sales manager, was very rude to us and he advised he will not provide courtesy car as it is too much hassle for him to tax it and insure it. Basically, we have been left on our own. After all day sorting the car up, we ended with no car at all and cost of nearly £90 for taxis which none have been refunded back to us as promised by Scott Horne.
Due to the closing down of the Stoke on Trent Branch at that time we have been redirected to Benjamin Towsend - Head of the Business, who also was not willing to help at all.
We just have started to see actions after getting in touch with the Regional Operations Director Mr Simon Stephenson based in Warrington. Literally Benn within 1hr provided solution and his attitude changed 180 degrees. Suddenly all the things can be sorted, and we have been given the courtesy car for the time that car was for repair. Why that solution wasn`t available at the time we have contacted Mr Benn? We do not know, but we have finally sorted the problems with this car. Unfortunately, we have lost time as from October till December 2023 and nobody will get us this lost time back.
Therefore, we do not recommend for anyone who wants to buy used car form sales dealers at all. Instead of that I would take a loan for new car. That basically saves time and time as you all know is money.

Good company
I recently bought my used Vauxhall from Bravo Auto in Liverpool. Eddie the salesman was fantastic! I was really impressed by how easy he made buying a car, especially since my car was in their Norwich showroom. The car arrived in Liverpool on time and Eddie helped me sort out all the paperwork. He is a credit to the company with how he explained the buying process. A* service. The only negative was that when I went to pick up my new car, I went to drive away and it had no petrol (which I had paid for). Eddie assured me that as he was on holiday he would pass all the info for collection to another member of staff. The lady apologised and petrol was sorted but when I explained that the car had a scratch about 10cm on the door, she said it was part of wear and tear and to contact Eddie about it. She didn’t want the hassle.

100% recommend! 5 stars
I travelled to Bravo Auto Liverpool from Derby after seeing the car on AutoTrader. I dealt with Adam who sent me a personal video of the car, he was very friendly and patient. After deciding to purchase the car, I received excellent customer service, and Adam delivered the car to Derby himself, which I appreciated. Fantastic communication, 100% recommend buying a car from Bravo Auto Liverpool. I am so happy with my new car; thank you!

Bravo to Bravo!
From my initial telephone call with Alex to visiting to see the car; we can not fault the service he gave. There was no pressure selling, instead we were handed the keys and told to drive the car for a good 30 minutes to see if it was the right car for us. The car itself had a few minor issues that we noted down and discussed. Everything was met with a no problem attitude and assurance that they would be fixed. Within 2 days Alex had called to give me an update and strived to ensure we could collect the car at our convenience. At the point of collection the car was inside the showroom, gleaming with a valet that surpassed anything we have had done before (there were vacuum lines on the carpets)! We we helped to get the vehicle taxed and the manager came out to thank us for our business. If you want a first class, no pressure buying experience Bravo is the place to go! Bravo by name and bravo indeed!
