Extremely disappointed- Avoid Bravoauto
I bought a car from Bravoauto in February 2023, and within two weeks, rust started appearing on the vehicle. I reported it immediately, and they carried out a so-called “repair” – but unsurprisingly, the rust returned within another two weeks.
At the time of purchase, I specifically asked if the car had been in any incidents, and Bravoauto assured me it had not. However, upon checking the logbook, I discovered there had been previous body repairs on the exact panel that is now rusting. Clearly, this was either misleading or a serious oversight on their part.
I fought to get the issue properly resolved, eventually convincing them to send the car to a proper body shop, and I was given a courtesy car for two weeks. After this, the rust was temporarily gone, but within a month or two, it came back yet again. At that point, I gave up fighting with them—I was tired of the hassle and poor service.
Fast forward to 2025, and the rust is now worse than ever—arguably worse than if I’d never had it treated at all.
Bravoauto talks a good game, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. If you’re expecting honest information, quality vehicles, and reliable aftercare, look elsewhere. Rust should not be an issue weeks after purchase, and it certainly shouldn’t continue getting worse after multiple repairs.
