Unsuitable clasps on huggie hoops
I got a gift set from Isabel Bernard for Christmas, there was a pair of studs and jewellery box which I love and a pair of hoops that I’m terribly disappointed with. The hoops look nice but the clasp is unsuitable, it’s too tricky and unsuitable for a huggie hoop. Emailed customer service to ask for an exchange but I never got a response. Make sure you check the clasps before purchasing!
