Bitunix needs to be recognised for there fantastic service. There is no better exchange. There service is fast and easy. They honour their customers needs and I appreciate that. My issue was resolved promptly and I am absolutely over the moon with the result. Well done Bitunix. I see no other choice out there.

This corporation has gone completely belly up after yesterday 10/10s crypto market crash. They have now locked users funds, blow you off completely in support chat, and seem to be attemtping some sort of exit scam. They were so clearly affected by the market crash that they can't allow ANY user to withdraw their funds for the next 30 days! AGAIN DO NOT USE BITUNIX SAVE YOURSELF USE HYPERLIQUID

Scam exchange. Don't do it. They will lure you in with promises of rewards, but they will steal all of your money. They just destroyed lives by locking people out of the exchange and liquidating billions of long positions. Stop loss did nothing. The positions were liquidated. They also kept people locked out until the prices mostly recovered so they couldn't take profit on short positions or buy spot at low prices. They are evil people. They will destroy you. You've been warned. The choice is yours.

Because of their lack of transparency I missed a trade opportunity they refused to execute my trade so i immediately requested to withdraw all my money it was denied I contacted the customer support they are giving me lame excuses I waited for days they did not release my funds both my initial deposit and profit is with them STAY AWAY!!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, let alone long ones, but what I just experienced with Bitunix has been one of the most frustrating, emotionally exhausting, and deceptive encounters I’ve ever had on a financial platform. I’m writing this so that no one else has to go through this, and so the platform is held accountable for its broken systems, lack of transparency, and disrespect toward users’ time and money.

Background: Simple Deposit Turns Into Chaos

I made a deposit into my Bitunix account via AlchemyPay. It wasn’t my first time using a crypto payment processor, so I know what a “successful” transaction looks like.

AlchemyPay confirmed the payment went through. I received a confirmation email and hash. Everything looked good. But when I refreshed my Bitunix account?

Zero funds. Nothing. No balance.

Naturally, I reached out to Bitunix support. What followed was an absolute clown show of contradictions, excuses, and vague reassurances.

Bitunix’s Support Lied to Me

First, they told me:

"Your funds are safe, don’t worry. We’re checking."

Okay. But the days went by. I had to follow up constantly, and each time I got the same copy-paste, robotic response: “We’re working on it.”

Then suddenly, they manually credited the amount to my account, but had the audacity to say:

“This wasn’t an issue on our end, but we manually added it for you.”

Excuse me? If this wasn’t your issue, then:

Why wasn’t the amount auto-credited to my account the moment the payment cleared?

Why did your team intervene manually if nothing was wrong on your side?

Why did I have to chase you for DAYS just to get access to money I already paid?

This is gaslighting, plain and simple. You can’t say “this wasn’t our fault” and then also admit that you had to manually fix it because your system didn’t do its job.

The Financial & Emotional Toll

Let me explain what this really cost me:

I missed trading opportunities because I didn’t have access to my funds.

I wasted countless hours following up with lazy support reps who didn’t care.

I was constantly told “your funds are safe” — as if that magically justifies freezing MY money without action.

I experienced emotional stress and uncertainty about whether my money was stolen or lost.

It’s not about the dollar amount. It’s about principle, honesty, and accountability. And Bitunix has none of the above.

Lesson Learned: Avoid Bitunix at All Costs

If you're thinking of using Bitunix, just know:

Your money is not safe.

Their system is unreliable.

Their support gaslights and lies.

They won’t compensate you even when they’re clearly at fault.

Platforms like these only survive because people don’t speak up. So I’m doing it now.

My experience with Bitunix copy trading has been a complete disaster and I strongly warn others to stay away from this platform.

Here’s what happened in detail:

I suffered a full liquidation in my copy trading account. Meanwhile, my brother’s smaller $250 account survived the exact same trade, and the master trader’s account with $10,000 also survived. How can proportional copy trading liquidate only my account (with $500) if everything is meant to scale fairly? This makes no sense unless the system is flawed or intentionally unfair.

The master trader himself was never liquidated, yet I was, even though I was only following his trades proportionally. That completely defeats the purpose of copy trading.

To make it worse, in the most recent trades, the master trader closed in profit, but our copied trades closed in loss. This means the master wins while copiers lose, which is a massive red flag and feels like intentional manipulation.

Their explanations keep blaming “position size scaling, margin allocation, and leverage effects,” but this doesn’t explain why only ONE account gets liquidated while both smaller and larger accounts survive. Proportional means proportional – if the master survives, all copy accounts should survive too.

As a result, I lost 38% of my hard-earned savings in this scam-like system. After this terrible experience, I immediately withdrew all my funds and also my brother’s funds from Bitunix.

Compared to reliable platforms like Bybit or BingX, Bitunix feels like a trap for inexperienced traders. Their so-called copy trading is not transparent, not fair, and, in my opinion, deliberately designed to drain money from clients.

⚠️ Stay away from Bitunix.

The exchange takes all my profits from pnl, then freezes my money for several months. After that, they stop responding altogether. I still haven't received my 11,000 USDT back. They told me to wait, but I've been waiting for three months now. Now I'm accessing my account, and there are no funds left; they've been written off. Support is silent and doesn't respond. These are signs of a scam. Not only have I lost money, but I haven't earned anything either. Think twice before using this exchange to fund your account. It's a scam.

Good afternoon, my UID on the exchange is 451475144. On 2025-08-27 00:59:18, I deposited 5,000 USDT on this exchange. Before that, I had $12,000 on the exchange. After trading, my account was $19,000 (12,000 + 5,000 + 2,000). I requested a withdrawal of $5,000, but my withdrawal was blocked, followed by a block on trading, transfers, and the entire account. I contacted the manager, who claimed my profit was fraudulent and that the exchange would investigate. The deadline was 30 days. After 30 days, they stopped responding, and there was nothing left in my account. They simply canceled my account, preventing me from trading, withdrawing funds, or making deposits. The manager has stopped responding to me, and the chat team is telling me my funds were fraudulent. Recently, they even told me they don't see any funds in my account. This is a complete scam. The exchange is simply ripping me off and taking everything, even mine. I will provide the site administration with all the evidence, including videos and screenshots. Don't fall for it, spread this review everywhere. This exchange is a complete scam!

Bitunix has frozen my account for bogus reasons and has not responded to my request for an update after the deadline passed for when they said their “investigation” would be complete (September 26th).

Edited after Bitunix’s reply: I will not be reaching out to your retention team. After I wrote this review, I responded to the “escalated” case that if I did not see resolution within 48 hours I would be contacting both finCEN and the SEC, and lo and behold, in under 24 hours, my account was finally unfrozen (after over a month in “investigation”) with no explanation whatsoever. Your company is a complete scam, but I have miraculously recovered my funds and I moved them off of your platform as quickly as I could. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I followed a trader i thought I could trust and joined their copy trading account, hoping to grow what little I had left for the future. At first, things went well and for the first time in years I felt hopeful Then, without warning, my account was suspended and was under review despite me sending everything they asked for. I've done nothing wrong, yet my hard earned savings are locked away with no explanation. I'm tired, I have been through enough in life. It's a relief knowing I don't have to chase or wait endlessly. Century100 has always honored my withdrawals without any fuss.

I strongly advise against using Bitunix. After making a successful deposit, my account was blocked and I was subjected to unreasonable demands: repeated requests for highly sensitive personal documents, intrusive verification steps far beyond normal KYC requirements, and even a demand for an additional deposit (“mirror transfer”) just to regain access.
Despite complying with document requests, withdrawal was never allowed. This behavior strongly resembles a scam. Bitunix’s practices are unsafe and create a high risk of losing your funds.
Stay away from this exchange if you value your money and your personal data.

Bitunix makes you believe they’re trying to help, but they don’t. After I reached out to the retention team, they told me they would look into it, only to come back with the same response I had already received from customer support. My 5-figure profits are still being withheld. Bitunix refuses to take responsibility for the glitch it caused. Instead, they seize money from those who made genuine trades.

I’ve read reviews from other users who reported the same experience when their profits were too high. I don’t see a future for the platform if its intention is to penalize VIP-level traders. Very disappointed.

More importantly, they didn't even return the fee (5 figure) that incurred for the trades that were invalidated. They seized the profits and invalidated the trades, while also rejecting to return the fees. In total, 6-figure capital has been stolen. This is devastating and heart breaking.

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend a platform like Bitunix that seizes large profits, something I haven’t seen happen anywhere else. I tried my best to act in good faith, but it was in vain. Very, very unfortunate. I’m going to contact others who have already filed FCA complaints so I can do the same.. I appreciate Trust Pilot for approving my reviews even though Bitunix tries to gaslight and it will do it again in response to this.

First things first the interface is very disorganized and tedious to use… I deposited $2000 USD and I can’t get it back out unless I double that amount in trading because they have some BS anti-money laundering rule… The platform is really tedious to trade on and when I’ve placed long orders and the price has gone up it did not reflect that in the PNL… Please do not use this broker. There are way better exchanges to trade on… I basically lost my $2000

Had an account for several months then randomly it got suspended due to "an external attack." They wanted me to do a full document dump to their website including me holding an ID and making a transaction on video which I have no idea how I would even do since the account was locked. It's a complete scam to steal your personal information and rob you. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

it's a scam. they wick into liquidation even though the price should have never reached there. this site is a scam. also they kyc americans and that's illegal for them to keep our information. just a warning, do not use this if you are an american. they will take your money without a 2nd thought.

They have been giving me nothing but excuses for weeks, changing their story each time. First, not enough trades, then too many deposits and withdrawals. Now they demand all sort of personal documents. I asked them to close my account and in order to get back my balance, but they refuse. I am glad that I finally feel in control on Century100. It gives me something rare, my withdrawals arrive fast, my account build up steadily.

It's been a long time I'm using this exchange for trading, and it feels like my trade going smoothly because UI is really impressive even my kid can operate it easily. These days I'm only using this exchange and I'm happy with service.
