Stay away from these pesky little FRAUDSTERS, I made a 30 gbp deposit since there relatively new and this is what support reply to me.. “As per our wallet team, this TON deposit transaction was made using a non-standard method, so it cannot be credited. If you need to recover the funds, a fee of 47 USD will be charged.”

ive been trading here for over 3 million volumes.

9/10 trades will never trigger profit orders even tho index price is higher then current profit order.
have a stoploss. forget about it, they will tag you out even trading a multiple of % lower then index price.

they cheat. 100% they bet against ther on platform users. by having a callcenter type of business where ther is a multiple of indians all running the trades as they are told to execute them.

putting every user who isnt aware of ther business at a direct disadvantage.

they simply wont pay you to profits due.

just to add to this,
i just opened an eth long and somehow, bitunix managed to stop me out at a time and price of sales that was never ever reached on any other exchange.
GO figure how scammy this platform is.
they refuse to let users bennefit from price changes.

ive been communicating with ther retention team for over 1 month now.

ive been compensated for some cases. but in fact they took my hard cash, and refundet me in form of a bonus. meaning the funds i lost, are not compensated, and the future bonus added, will never leave the platform as hard cash.

im done with communicating with these people. they are not legit, even when i contact them today and wanned to use the future bonus. i now have to go trough kyc procedure to even get back in my account.

super crazy, they make extendet efforts to make it look like the users on platform dont know what they are doing.

yet to find out, next time when you trade they put you on a server delay, trading 3 minutes behind actuall price. but still getting filled at prices wich allready trading on other platforms. but no wher to be seen on ther own.

the average profitable player on this platform made 20 dollar in last 180 days.

if you exceed profit more then this average. they will give you a hard time to even keep the ongoing communication going.

they throw you a 150 usdt future bonus. hoping this will make you accept that you tradet hard cash for paper cash.

totally forgetting that the position would yielt a 100 fold of that compensation given.

On April 16, 2025, my email account was compromised, leading to unauthorized access to my Bitunix account. I contacted Bitunix support immediately during the attack, in real time, repeatedly requesting a temporary suspension of my account to prevent withdrawals.

Despite my real-time alerts and full cooperation—including providing identification and video verification—Bitunix did not suspend my account until hours later. By then, the attackers had closed my trading positions and withdrawn approximately $3,300 USD in cryptocurrency.

The following day, Bitunix continued to ask basic questions about the incident, as if unaware of the situation, despite having all the necessary information. Eventually, they acknowledged the delay in their response but claimed the activity originated from my region and denied any system breach, refusing to take responsibility or issue a refund.

I have since filed formal complaints with the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and Portugal’s Polícia Judiciária. I am sharing this experience to warn others about how Bitunix handles security breaches. Their support response was dangerously slow, and they took no accountability for the financial harm caused—even after acknowledging in writing the timeline.

UPDATE (14 MAY)-Issue resolved — Bitunix took full responsibility and refunded my loss

I originally reported a serious issue involving unauthorized access to my Bitunix account, which led to the loss of approximately $3,300. At the time, I contacted support in real time asking for my account to be suspended, but the response was delayed, and the attacker was able to complete withdrawals.

After a difficult few weeks of back and forth, Bitunix reached out directly to me, and we had a very constructive and respectful conversation via Telegram. During the call, their team acknowledged that their internal procedures failed — they agreed that my account should have been suspended immediately when I reported the hack. Most importantly, they took full responsibility and refunded the full amount lost.

This response exceeded my expectations. While the situation was extremely stressful, I appreciate Bitunix for ultimately owning the issue and resolving it transparently and fairly. I want to thank their support team for listening, taking accountability, and making this right.

If you are ever in a similar situation, stay calm, document everything, and give the process a chance — in my case, Bitunix showed integrity when it mattered.

The support personnel, I think was Maj was very patient and understood exactly what I was requesting assistance with. Took the time to explain and answer all my questions, and helped me resolve my problems.
