I had a store with billgang. At some point i had to pay around $80 ( their processing fees). i was away from any online device/computer for couple of days and at some point they froze my account ( until i pay what i owe). The only payment option they provided was Hoodpay ( yes.,..that trash website ). Instead of adding the 80$ i sent $85 ( just to be sure there are no issues ). of course once payment was sent i got the Underpaid" message so my account was stil under "locked" status. I contacted them ( after a 3 days waiting period on chat, some staff member "TACANADO" answered and he said that "the payment processing staff or whatever their "doing nothing person is called" , will check the transaction. I provided all transaction details, so that was basically one click away for them to see that i sent the money so they can unlock my account. Well..surprise...days passed no answer from them!. At some point..after one week the same "staff member" TACANADO responded saying they still "investigate" and he will forward to payments department ( fancy name for a dude who's probably watching p0rn in a basement instead of working) . Another couple of days passed..NO ANSWER FROM THEN NOTHING!. Avoid them! They have no respect for their paying members. They are overpriced and offering way less for the money they ask! Absolutely disgusting way of doing business!

Allowing sellers to remove negative reviews is a major red flag. I was scammed by a seller and shared my honest experience, but my review disappeared after only about 30 minutes! This practice is highly unprofessional and feels like it encourages more scammers to take advantage of customers. Disappointing and unacceptable

Please, PLEASE, do NOT use billgang. Their website is terrible, their pricing are absurd, there are MUCH better options out there trust me, if you are wanting to create a store with billgang, please reconsider to other options.

A review from a Billgang seller of 4 years: Why am I leaving Billgang?
They launched claiming to be a completely commission-free platform. But after gaining users, they stopped caring. Support channels were shut down, Discord support was removed. After sellers use the platform for a while and become dependent on it, Billgang takes advantage of this and starts deducting over 6% from every payment. They also increased their monthly plan prices from €19–€39 to a ridiculous €300. Almost all useful features are only available in the €300 plan. Under the guise of “fees,” your crypto payments are directly transferred to Billgang. No notifications or invoices are sent regarding these deductions. Over time, it feels like they’re just thinking “how much more money can we squeeze out of our subscribers.”
Meanwhile, competitor sites offer most of the same features for free, and their paid plans are up to 10 times more affordable. Of course, they can charge whatever they want—that’s their right. But promising no fees, starting with packages under €50, and then jumping to €300 without any reasonable justification—how is that even ethical?
After what happened today, I’ve decided to quit completely. I came across a scam store hosted on Billgang. I bought a product just to test it, and surprise—no product, no communication. It’s been nearly a week, and even though I reported it to Billgang, they took no action. The store is still actively scamming people with fake products. And Billgang basically told me, “You’re not getting your money back, deal with it.” They’re complicit in this theft because they earn commission and don’t want to intervene.
I honestly believe their downfall is near.
To anyone thinking of selling online: I strongly recommend switching to more humane, innovative, and service-oriented platforms.

I had a terrible experience
I had a terrible experience with Sellpass when it comes to selling via crypto. In short, I lost over 200 EUR due to payments made by customers through Hoodpay, which were directly sent to Billgang as "fee payments." When I reached out to support, they told me I had outstanding fees—but over 200 EUR in fees? That makes no sense. They simply give you this response and leave you to deal with it on your own.
If you're considering using Sellpass for crypto transactions, beware—you might end up losing your money with no proper explanation or support.
Reminder:
I’ve been a Sellpass user since last month, and in total, I’ve made over $8,000 in revenue on this site. I know how the fees work, and I know that I have to pay the fees. The issue is that since my very first sale using Hoodpay, I have NEVER received the money in my wallet. You yourself gave me solutions like changing my wallet, using another one, and blah blah blah – and that’s exactly what I did.
BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY. NEVER, NEVER. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? THIS IS NOT ABOUT FEES. I HAVE NO PENDING FEES. It was over 200 euros in crypto sales that never reached my account. NONE of my sales sent even a single cent to my account.
I am willing to make a payment to myself and record it. I sincerely hope I don’t have to do that. I HAVE NO PENDING FEES BECAUSE SINCE MY VERY FIRST SALE – PAYMENT, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE CENT.
I know how fees work, and you don’t need to explain them to me. On Sellix, I had a monthly revenue of over 30,000 euros. Moving here, I have to stop selling in crypto because I’m being robbed.

As a long-time seller on Billgang/Sellpass, I find it impressive how effectively they managed to ruin their reputation and exploit their customers. Since the migration even the most basic features have been downgraded or removed, with promises bringing them back "soon" stretching since early last year. All support messages are being ignored for weeks. And their main selling point "zero fees" now only applies if you pay $300/month for this garbage

I purchased an item from a seller using Billgang's platform and never received it, despite maintaining communication with the seller over at least a couple of weeks and requesting a refund. I submitted a negative review stating the trouble I had and that neither the item or a refund were received. There was no identifying information or anything untoward in said review and only the facts were stated.
The review was removed, and I have no idea why.
This seller on Billgang has a pristine, untouched 5-star rating over hundreds of reviews. I believe this is fraudulent and Billgang is facilitating it by allowing the seller to remove reviews that are negative (yet truthful) to maintain a false sense of security on their store.
After contacting Billgang on their online webchat about this situation, they never replied to either the webchat or e-mail address I supplied.
Avoid.

Feedback from a 3-year store owner on Billgang/Sellpass
I’ve been a seller on Billgang/Sellpass since the early days. In the beginning, Sellpass attracted customers by claiming to be different from its competitors, offering no fees or commissions.(imgur. com/r7jQsmU) Over time, however, they started pressuring their members, raising monthly subscription prices, and we continued paying, while they started ignoring many issues and complaints. They stopped dealing with existing problems and began adding impressive features only to the highest-tier package. Over time, they adjusted the existing features to be exclusive for customers who purchased expensive packages. They basically stopped hesitating to tell us: either pay more, or your efforts will be in vain. Recently, they started losing customers because now the most important thing for Sellpass/Billgang is money. This platform, which we initially signed up for as a commission-free payment provider, now charges us a monthly package fee and on top of that, asks for a commission on payments made by our customers.
Many features that were once free are now offered for a fee, and previously promised things were left unfinished.
Given the situation, I stopped buying high-priced packages with price hikes of up to 2-3 times.
Yet, Billgang continues to pressure us into paying. I don’t use any of the current payment methods, I only use PayPal, which is processed through a transfer method outside of Billgang, but despite this, Billgang has no involvement in this transfer and still asks for a commission on each one. This is absurd because either you charge a monthly package fee, or you don't charge anything for the package—charging a commission on every transfer is unreasonable.
I don’t think there is another platform where you pay both a transaction fee and a package fee.
The only reason I am still using this site is out of respect for my customers. Billgang, which kept us engaged on the site with attractive promises and words for years, only to force us to pay later, will eventually realize that this "pay-to-win" mentality is wrong when they evaluate the customers they’ve lost in the long run.

I paid my dues of $200 to this site and STILL do not have access to my site after 10 days. What kind of scam are you guys running? No-one replies to e-mails or the live chat and there's no option to start a new chat. Can I please remove my items from my store? I will never use your site again, this is ridiculous. My site is called letscook.bgng.io, please check your e-mail. I sent my transaction ID and everything you guys need to restore my account. The payment is MADE. Please. Stay far away from these guys.
