When your business uses our software on our base subscription plans such as Core or paid subscription plans such as Core Plus and Business, we charge a variable transaction fee of 2.9% plus 0.07 per transaction, billed through our payment processing partner. When someone decides to register the domain name with restricted keyword/trademark we do not allow registering such kind of domain name regularly on our website. Such kind of cases should be discussed, so we ask our clients to contact us via the Live Chat or Ticket helpdesk.

When they do so, we let our customers know that such kind of registrations may be provided only in case they have a valid reason for registration. Furthermore, we ask our clients to confirm that they agree that if the case is proven to be a trademark infringement or if it's used for illicit activities, they run the risk of losing the domain with no possibility of a refund.

In case they agree, we may allow registering such kind of domain name. However, because of the reasons mentioned above, domain name may be suspended without the possibility of refund which seems to happen in this case with your domain name.
