I didn't want to use it in the first place because sellpass was more practical, but as they updated it frequently, finally billgang became very interesting to use. Staff always answer in chat, usually in less than 2hours. Hopefully they'll continue to improve it, the only negative point is the subscription price, so let's hope they lower subscriptions a little too.

I bought an account, the seller said he delivered the account but I didn't receive anything and he didn't answer me.... Stay away from this site, they don't care about theses sellers who use their site, they are not professional at all (staff igvault & seller).
Eldorado is 10x better, never got any issue like this...
