Disaster with repair policies just one year after buying. The gear wheel bent and they have no stores in france to go and repair. So you are basically on your own.

Hesitant buyers beware! Be sure you know exactly what you want regarding size, color, material, etc. Long delays for reimbursement on returns and exchanges!

Order not shipped and no feedback from customer service
I placed an order on the 16/10, and the item is still no shipped. On top of that, the customer service doesn't answer to the messages. 
I am very disapointed by this website ! I don't recommend at all !

Absolutely incompetent online shop
I have placed an order Aug 04th and after 13 days my order still haven’t been shipped. Bikester contacted me regarding my incomplete delivery address. But the delivery address saved in my profile is correct. Bikester has deleted an addition in my address and the carrier couldn’t use the address. I have told Bikester 3 times to use the exact same address they can find in my customer profile. But they keep ignoring my emails and send the order apparently now to a pick up point. Unbelievable. I will never order again. In the meanwhile I found with Bike24 a much better online shop for bicycle stuff.

Ordered a Dog carrier. Arrived with parts missing, no cover. So dangerous to use.

Great bike and great service from…
Great bike and great service from bikester.fr.
Bike was ordered 15/02/2023. Delivery on the website at ordering said delivery in 11 to 13 business days. On the 17/02/2023 I got a message that due to the volume of orders delivery would be delayed by 5 to 8 business days. I was a little concerned and on the 22/02/2023 I emailed customer service for an update, I got a response the same day, it would be ready to ship soon. In the early hours of the 25/02/2023 I got a message that the bike was being shipped, it arrived by courier, several hours later. The courier Geodis were very good and waited while I unpacked the bike to check it.
The bike has been well built, attention to detail. Nice bar tape and quality bar-end plugs. All ready to go. 
I must admit I was initially a little concerned to part with so much money given the negative comments online but in my experience totally unwarranted, personally I am very happy with bikester.fr who offered a great service and a great value package. Bike came well packaged with all parts, even brake spreaders. 
I would be more than happy to use this company in the future and to recommend.

This company seems to have problem with returns. I bought quite a lot of items and sent some of them back (mainly sizing issues). Out of 4 returns, only one was "received" and reimbursed promptly. I am still dealing with the other ones (one was for probikeshop which is the same shop), despite the tracking number says they got them a while ago. They make you fill a form before reimbursing you. Another issue is that they include in the box a "bon de retour" but then if you use it make sure you take a photo of the tracking number (nobody will tell you this!!) so you can prove you sent it.  I will update my review once I get reimbursed by Bikester, otherwise I will have to go through paypal dispute.
Update: just a couple of days after writing this review I got refunded for all my returns. Not sure it was a coincidence... In any case, to be fair the ordering process was quick, the prices are good, and i like they include the "bon de retour" (despite in one of my orders was badly printed and unusable) so you don't have to print it yrself. What I don't like it's to be chasing a company to get refunded. I will give them another chance.

Bike ordered 2 weeks ago and unable to track it. Tracking provided does not work and can see this is the case for lots of others leaving negative reviews lately. I appreciate things can be delayed but fir tracking not to work and no response to enquiries through their website I am very suspicious now that I wont receive this

Fraudulent?
Ordered and paid got a bike 2 weeks ago, is stilln showing as processing, this is for a little girl for Christmas has not arrived ,shows no dispatch inormation or tracking details and their is no customer service number to contact,you can use the "contact form" but they don't reply and don't provide any updates or community of My kind.

This is not acceptable, if you pay for delivery then it should be delivered to your house. I think your company may want to consider using another deliver service.

Unacceptable Customer Service
Firstly, it was very unclear that their point of delivery is in Germany. I ordered my bike on the 13th of August and when I check the order status, it’s still processing. The estimated delivery time was 4-6 days. I wrote about 3 emails to their customer service and even requested an order status update, but I haven’t received any answer.

Avoid bikester, worst customer service and delivery
I ordered a bike and its accessories on around 28th May. The bike is still in transit,when I sent a mail to customer care, they marked it as return, so I placed another order on 8th but after that both the bikes are in disputed status and no one is reponding from Bikester.All accessories are delivered but not the bike and their customer service seems to be managed by some interns who do not repond .20-25 emails have been sent to them, but my bike and my money is stuck.Do not buy from them.

Very Bad Customer Service
I ordered a bike from Bikester.at on May 12, 2022. on the website, it states that I can return the bike for free in 30 days. on May 15, 2022, I wrote on their online portal that I no longer need the bike, but I received no response. on May 17th when the bike was delivered I refused to receive it and told the delivery company to return it back to Bikester.at. 2 weeks passed and I didn't get my money back from Bikester.at. so I send them at least 8 emails regarding the refund but received no reply, I also tried calling them many times but received no answer. so I have sent an email to the delivery company and they said that they returned the bike back to Bikester.at on 24.05.2022. I cannot get in touch with the company and now I have no bike and no money

Worse customer experience ever!
I ordered a bike and a lamp (both in stock) with a delivery from 4 to 8 days estimated. I received a tracking number and just realised I received the lamp after 4 days. There is only online view of UPS state which stated every day " Ticket ready" which meant they were ready to receive the bike but never did receive it. I wrote 3 times with the contact form (without even a receipt by email!) what I should expect: no response. Obviously it is an internet company without a phone number. I checked the values of the company: they want to put everyone on a bike! Well first they need to add "Customer Experience" in the value of the company. Never again I will go through that painful experience!

Hate leaving bad reviews but…
Hate leaving bad reviews. Firstly really not clear that Bikester is based in Germany at point of order. No issues with ordering from Europe but it does make me nervous around delays etc. Ordered a new Fox helmet and have had no communication from Bikester despite several emails asking for an update. The DPD tracking information has not updated since purchase. Am now trying to cancel order and get a refund as I need helmet for this weekend.
