BR are really good to resolve things. I almost gave 4 stats because there was a dispute on an expensive paw patrol toy that was under the 2 year warranty which broke in a very essential part that made it unique. The supplier does not have spare parts which is a shame because some parts are quite fragile. BR did resolve it but caution to those who purchase any paw patrol toys.

BR has great customer service and a return policy.

Quick delivery

Really good in store customer service. When ordering online there is no chance to get the reward stickers but they gave them to me in store when showing onlonr purchase receipt.

First off, we love the rainbow rug that was ordered for my daughter's bedroom. It is even better than the photos.
Secondly, Benuta has very good service. The discount code that was sent did not initially work when making the payment but customer service was quick to reply to my complaint and sent a new one.
Definitely recommend.

Really cute sparkly-gold shoes, look better than photo. Really like Freelmo as they have good service and delivery quickly. Only negative thing is they sell out too quickly in Froddo brand and it is hard to order them in time.

Package was left at door which is great as I did not hear the bell. Usually it is the same delivery person so he gets a thumbs up.

Customer service replied and confirmed that there is no additional straw and the straw described on the packaging is the drinking one on the top. Bottle is nice but not as sturdy as some other stainless steel bottles.

Bottle is nice and delivery was quick but the straw which is supposed to come with the bottle is missing. I emailed them to ask for am additional straw and have yet to receive a reply. Will change my review once (if) they reply.

Delivery driver was polite and quick. PN is definitely more reliable than 2 years ago.

I ordered an electric towel heater for our bathroom and one of the rails had been bent at an angle during the manufacturing of the item which was not really noticed until installed. Trade radiators offered a decent percentage of the cost refunded which worked out for us instead of trying to exchange it. Really good service and overall look of the towel heater.

Really good follow up. Purchased electric towel heater and one of the ornamental caps did not fit so they sent out a couple of new ones and followed up on it. I will probably order another towel heater from them.

Good service, really liked the advantage of having numerous locations to drop off the item to send.

Delivery was really good. Driver was very polite and helpful. I ordered the Cherry wood effect tiles and they’re better than expected. The bathroom wall tiles are also really nice.
