We were recommended to B&B through a friend, regarding leak investigation and damage, and what an excellent recommendation! From the start Andy and the team have been fantastic. They've kept us informed of all the works, as it's turned into a slightly bigger job than we first anticipated, and been wonderfully fun as they've undertaken the work. My mum has loved the laughs she has with them.
A slightly misfortunate accident from my mum midway has meant a bit of juggling around with the diary and payment schedule but again, they've been supportive every step of the way. The works so far have been excellent quality and we're all confident we're in good hands, and the finished job will be fantastic!

It took 6 days for a result which lead to 6 days of "have I/haven't I?" And that was stressful. It would be nice if there was an estimated date of result. I think I could have achieved a similar speed with a doctors appointment.

However I would recommend the service as the privacy factor is a massive bonus.
