I would not recommend this company
Andy came over for some electrical work that had to be done, made so many promises “any problems you come to me” work started in November 21
Told him about some work not done properly by his team last year August nothing. No replies to my calls, texts nothing.
Sockets not working light switches not working. He still has not come to sort out the electrics. So I have decided to talk to citizens Advice. Letter to be sent for court proceedings against Andy B & B Property Services.
If you are going to get Andy and his team to do some work get it all in black and white even what he says, as Andy for the life of him will not talk to you after. He will but only to chase the money “payment on completion” but Andy’s terms…you have to make the payment or I will get the legal team involved in December rubbish work was completed in April 22 😡

So easy, no queuing no waiting around. The shop etc does not have to be open.
