Had a Dashcam supplied and fitted - very happy with first class service from Craig, reasonable price and good quality.

Absolutely Impressed!

From the moment of enquiry, until the moment the engineer left I have been impressed with the quality of service, the professionalism and the pricing.

I have had a front and rear dash cam fitted, and also had the wiring for a speed reminder taken from the cigarette lighter socket and hard wired behind the dashboard.

The engineer called me this morning as he set off to my appointment. He was on time, and installed everything with no fuss and no mess. He discussed the positioning of the devices, and ensured I was perfectly happy before he left. His price was a lot less than other people I asked for quotes. I was particularly impressed that he did not ask for the make of vehicle before arriving. Other companies would ask the make of the vehicle and as soon as the name Mercedes was mentioned, you could hear the price increase being worked out. ES Auto installations charged a very reasonable price for the job, not what they thought they could get away with. This is why they got the work, and why I am happy to give a glowing review. I would 100% recommend this company, both here and also if anyone I know asks; I will give the same review verbally.

Craig fitted a Thinkware F770 to my car recently and other than the cameras front and back you wouldn't know that the kit had been fitted. All the wiring front to back is completely invisible, neatly hidden away with no signs of any disturbance to the trims.
I have used Craig on previous occasions and can not speak too highly of his friendly, helpful and professional approach.I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Craig, from Auto-Installations fitted a new alarm system on our motorhome after the original alarm started acting up with false alarms, setting off the hazards etc while driving for no apparent reason.

Having contacted a number of different auto electrical companies locally who proved very unreliable! Craig was the only one that actually responded in a helpful and courteous manner.

On the day of booking his services he arrived on time and was entirely professional throughout and did what was asked without letting us down. He ripped out the old alarm system & fitted a new system which has been perfect ever since. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Craig again should the need arise.

If you live in Norfolk then personally I'd not bother with the others, give Craig a call and hopefully you'll get a prompt & professional service just like we did and not risk being let down by his competition.

Ordinarily I wouldn't go to the trouble of reviewing a company that isn't actually registered on a site such as this.

I have now used Craig, from Auto-Installations twice and on both occasions his price, quality, service and speed has been second to none. It's a shame that I am only able to use this quality tradesman on very limited occasions.

So, if you live in the East of England NR18 and are looking to have perhaps a new stereo, telephony or video installed in your vehicle; It would be well worth your while looking this chap up.
