Product not received, failed to refund. Claim in process

Never received, despite requesting a refund (30 day price promise), failed to comply. Passed to my banks fraud department.

Companies House has issued a Confirmation Notice and mm3digital will be struck off (cease trading) on 3rd July 2022.

I have emailed you an image of your "Refund Policy" and demonstrated that according to you "if" you had of sent the order to me it would have been on Saturday 7 May 2022 at 16:44, my order was placed at 07:40 some 9 hours earlier.

You have now provided me with additional proof I can pass on to my banks fraud department in order to redress this situation.

Efficient, Fast and Friendly

Excellent service, not the cheapest on the market (like for like) but that is easily remedied with the use of online vouchers (if available). Where they stand out amongst the competition is the speed that they come to you, 2 days faster than a major retailer.

Review of People's Postcode Lottery

Shame on you, ACCOUNT CLOSED

Up until this morning (08/04/2018) I have been loyally paying my £10.00 per month. I have moved once and contacted customer services whom were brilliant. When I contacted them this morning they were also brilliant.

The issue.
There is no justifiable reason to pursue this issue.

As I explained to the customer service lady (very nice), I would be watching developments over the next few weeks. If this situation is resolved amicably I will consider re subscribing. This is very much an issue that higher management need to give more thought to. I hope I am not the only one whom makes a stand against this issue.

Wrong Wrong Wrong, The worst company & representatives EVER.

As promised by Autoglass in order to resolve the situation they sent out an engineer to refit my dashcam. FAIL

Engineer jumped in car, pulled wires from headlining, ripped off sticky pad and slapped the camera onto window. Wires hanging everywhere, dashcam not even close to level. Slammed the door and proceeded to drive off, less than 25 seconds onsite!!!!

I'm flabbergasted that such a simple job is going so wrong.

Autoglass have taken my complaint onboard, they have refunded the excess payment I made. This should cover the cost of putting good the damage caused by the installer.

I have also been assured that they will look at my complaint and address the failings from the original booking, to the original install right up until the final install and terrible customer service.

No customer should have to receive such appalling service from a company whom claim to cover 98% of insurance repairs.

I am thankful that Autoglass has resolved the situation to my satisfaction, but I will NOT risk using them again EVER.

Bunch of charlatans

Bunch of charlatans, gave misleading information to secure the job. Failed to return to correct the work. In the process of taking them to court for a full refund.

Incorrect Low Quality Flowers

Yellow Roses & Blue Irises Ordered.

Received Yellow, White "Large Daisy Like" & Purple "Have No Idea" Flowers.

Complained and received the standard "Your bouquet meets with our expectations, subs can be made if your selection is not available"

I replied to this standard response & received NO reply, emailed again and still NO reply.

Telephoned and told that my complaint would be escalated, offered a refund of the service charge £5.95. I declined.

After a further 5 day's of emails and telephone calls, simply contacted my bank whom have frozen the payment to eflorist pending enquiries.

DO NOT BUY!!!! - Go to a florist and order directly from them.

Fast Black Vue Dash Cam Installation

Ordinarily I wouldn't go to the trouble of reviewing a company that isn't actually registered on a site such as this.

I have now used Craig, from Auto-Installations twice and on both occasions his price, quality, service and speed has been second to none. It's a shame that I am only able to use this quality tradesman on very limited occasions.

So, if you live in the East of England NR18 and are looking to have perhaps a new stereo, telephony or video installed in your vehicle; It would be well worth your while looking this chap up.

Price Match Perfection on Black Vue Dash Cam

I found myself looking for a dashcam, I could not believe how many features these little devices have. From the outset I knew I would have to spend around £300.00 to get the features I required.

The Car Camera Shop, turned out to be the best source of information, with a nicely laid out website which enabled me to compare the most suitable devices.

My choice had been narrowed down to two devices, the fist being "MiWitness" and the second being "BlackVue". The BlackVue won in the end due to the larger pixel value on both front & rear cameras.

Normally I would simply use shops like this to do research and then pop off to Amazon to get the best price, and this is fine for small / low value items. Bearing in mind just how helpful this website had been I decided to contact them and see if I could get them to "Price Match", initially this was not something they were willing to do.

I explained how helpful their website had been and that this was a significant purchase that was going to happen, they eventually bowed to pressure and accepted the sale. I also purchased the "Power Pro Magic" as they had been so helpful.

I would highly recommend this company, their service has been exceptional.

SIDE NOTE
I used a gentleman named Craig, from Auto-Installations based in NR18 East Anglia for the installation. It's the second time I've used this chap and he's been brilliant on both occasions.
