I don't love the mattress, but the service was fine. I like it that Klarna is available, it makes the purchase much more affordable, and the mattress was delivered within 3 days. I did find it annoying though that old mattress recycling is only available with room delivery, so in fact it costs £50, not just £30. I passed and I'll get rid of my old mattress myself.

The item I bought is very nice quality, it wasn't the cheapest I could find, but I'm very happy with it. Good quality rarely comes cheap. Delivery was on time, so all good.

Usually I'm happy with Lidl. Well, reasonably happy. Their fruit and veg can be off sometimes (normally at least one apple in a bag will be rotten) etc. But today I was just plain ripped off. I bought 2 bags of Bistro salad, both at a 60% off price. At home I looked at my receipt and noticed a 3rd full price Bistro salad added at the end of the list (my actual salads were scanned first and appeared at the top of the list). How and why would the checkout lady add an item that wasn't on the belt? It wasn't expensive enough to go back there and make a fuss, but such a disappointing experience!

Generally speaking, their standard prices are too high for my budget, but they offer great discounts and seasonal offers. Delivery is fast and quality of bird feed is excellent.

Ordering online and collecting in store is easy and quick. Good communication and updates. I deducted one star for the fact that Homebase no longer allow to collect an item from the most convenient store (they won't move it from one store to another). I had to travel across the city to collect. Not the end of the world, but it would have been so much easier to collect from the one I live almost next to.

There was a bit of a scare when the tracking system went kaput and started saying it didn't recognise my tracking number, but about 24 hours later things went back to normal and the parcel reached its destination without any further issues. So all's well that ends well.

Normally I'm happy with Parcelforce. This time I'm deducting one star for sending my parcel to a wrong delivery depot and wasting a whole day. Paying for 24 hour delivery was a waste of my money this time.
However, 99% of the time, both as a sender and as a recipient, I'm perfectly happy with the service provided by PF.
