Algo refund

I only want a refund not because of products but before I knew my account was shut down on Amazon I was doing the program which everything I had already done through Amazon and have already sent for my llc permit then I found out after all this my account was shut down then I ask for a refund they give me the run around asking for more money and I dont think this is right I can't do anything because account is closed I don't have money to give away I just want my full refund

Update: This customer was issued a refund. Shortly after posting this review, the customer decided to follow the simple steps required by our refund policy and was issued a 100% refund.

We are not associated with Amazon.com and we are thus not responsible for them suspending your account. Occasionally, Amazon Suspends Seller Accounts for various reasons and our team has helped nearly every ALGO member that was ever suspended by Amazon get their account reinstated by Amazon.com. Suspensions are completely out of our control and less than 5% of our members ever have issues with Amazon. That said, your account suspension has nothing to do with ALGO or our Refund Policy as Amazon is an unrelated vendor for your business.

If your account was suspended by Amazon, proof that you set up an Amazon account and had it suspended would suffice for purposes of our refund policy regarding your seller account. After reading your communications with our support team, it appears that you are refusing to follow our simple refund policy because you are upset with Amazon (we are not related to Amazon) for suspending your Amazon Seller Account.

At no point would we ask you for more money to help you resolve your account issues with Amazon as our support team assists with suspensions free of charge.

In the time that it took you to write this unfair review, you probably could have just complied with the refund policy that you agreed to when joining our program. Excellent platform for beginners

Thank you for enlightening me about the world of e-commerce platforms. There is more involved behind the scenes than mentioned but is also an excellent learning experience. I enjoy my classes. The platform is very informative and easy to follow. Excellent start for a beginner into the world of online retail selling.

ALGO Team members

Bob, Tim, and all of the ALGO Team members are a blessing. I'm getting close to beginning the process of starting my Amazon sellers account (still watching the videos) and I feel safe knowing that I have ALGO on my side. Very anxious to see what the future brings. Thank You ALGO!

I'm finding out that there is a lot of…

I'm finding out that there is a lot of things that was not revealed to us when we purchased the program such as the different licencing and insurance and not to mention amazon's random rules and fees.We also need many tools.

We do our best to provide as much information as possible for free. This includes information about licensing, insurance, and tools. Licensing, insurance, and tools are all relatively simple and low cost (and in most cases no-cost) topics that we cover in greater detail in our paid programs.

Well Done ALGO

I am enjoying the mastery course. The step by step instructions have given me the confidence that I can sell products on Amazon. Right now I’m trying to find authorize suppliers to list products on Amazon, and the course shows you how to do that too. I have a few more modules to go through but so far so good! Well done ALGO. I will be in the sellers column soon!

The content on the training is wonderful!
The reasons why I’m not giving 5 stars reviews are:
1- FB group questions are not addressed by Algo representatives. This sometimes causes more confusion because the students keep wondering.
2- support team turnaround time to respond an email sometimes is longer than 48hrs.

1- We try to keep the Facebook Group as a place where community members can voice their opinions and experiences without our intervention. To do that, admins will usually not comment on a post of 48 hours and will then comment our official input through an admin/admin account after 48 hours. We will look into a way to better balance open conversations and admin input in the group.

2- We do our best to respond to all support emails within 24-hours (and often much faster). Currently, our average response time is 8 hours and 32 minutes. 96% of emails are answered within 24 hours (48% are answered within 4 hours) but about 4% of inquires require a bit more time to respond for various reasons. We are currently working hard to increase our response speed.

I am so glad I went with ALGO

I have been so impressed with each and every step along the way. The non-pressure sales, the extremely thorough online training system, and the responsiveness of the ALGO team to questions have been amazing. There are a lot of "Amazon Seller" training options but I am so glad I decided to go with ALGO.
