The content on the training is…

The content on the training is wonderful!
The reasons why I’m not giving 5 stars reviews are:
1- FB group questions are not addressed by Algo representatives. This sometimes causes more confusion because the students keep wondering.
2- support team turnaround time to respond an email sometimes is longer than 48hrs.

1- We try to keep the Facebook Group as a place where community members can voice their opinions and experiences without our intervention. To do that, admins will usually not comment on a post of 48 hours and will then comment our official input through an admin/admin account after 48 hours. We will look into a way to better balance open conversations and admin input in the group.

2- We do our best to respond to all support emails within 24-hours (and often much faster). Currently, our average response time is 8 hours and 32 minutes. 96% of emails are answered within 24 hours (48% are answered within 4 hours) but about 4% of inquires require a bit more time to respond for various reasons. We are currently working hard to increase our response speed.
