Fraudulent inducement – undisclosed no-refund clause

On May 13, 2025, I paid $7,500 USD to Apex Navigator, LLC. The contract was drafted in English and verbally translated to me by a company representative, but critical terms were deliberately omitted, specifically the “no refund under any circumstances” policy and the waiver of chargebacks.
This omission prevented me from making an informed decision and constitutes fraudulent inducement. I have documented evidence, including a video of the contract signing, messages, and communications that clearly support my case.
I have formally requested rescission of the contract and a full refund, but to date I have received no resolution. I am proceeding with complaints before the BBB, FTC, and state authorities, as well as filing a claim in California Small Claims Court.

You enrolled in the Passive Apex Program on May 13, 2025, with a payment of $7,500 USD.

You received all contracted services and more, including:
✅ Full Amazon store setup and onboarding (in both Spanish and English)
✅ Personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions
✅ Complete setup of SellerAmp, Keepa, and related tools
✅ Assistance opening supplier accounts with bilingual support
✅ Ongoing WhatsApp support confirming your participation, progress, and satisfaction

Although you chose not to hire a virtual assistant to avoid extra costs, our internal team performed those duties for you at no additional charge.


You signed an agreement on May 14, 2025, which clearly stated “no refunds for any reason” and “no chargebacks may be pursued.”
Despite this, you filed a dispute with American Express, which, after reviewing all evidence, ruled in our favor and denied your claim.

You also reside in the United States and speak English fluently, which means you fully understood the program’s terms and conditions before enrollment. Attempting to recover funds after a denied chargeback is not a lawful or fair action.

At Apex Navigator LLC, we acted in full good faith, delivered all promised services (and additional support beyond contract terms), and maintained open communication throughout your program.

This matter is fully resolved, supported by clear documentation and the decision from American Express in our favor.

I’ve had such a good experience working with Apex Navigator. I know nothing about the process of selling on Amazon and in two months time I’ve received thousands of dollars selling. They taught me the business from A to Z. What made the biggest difference was their attention to detail and ongoing support. Mateo and His Team Make Success Inevitable!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mateo, the CEO, and honestly, what an amazing guy! He took over an hour to walk me through everything, but it flew by because of how clearly and confidently he explained things. His energy, wit, and knowledge make you feel totally at ease and excited about the journey ahead.

Apex Navigator has built something truly impressive, an automated Amazon business that's incredibly sophisticated yet easy to use. You’re never alone in the process; there’s a full support system in place with assistants ready to help you at every step. From private Discord channels, WhatsApp groups, and a wealth of video resources, to actual people you can call anytime, it's all there.

With this level of support and structure, it feels like success is the only option. Mateo and his team genuinely care and it shows. Highly recommend!

Appointment setter job interview

This company advertised a job on social media to be an appointment setter and I applied. I had to fill up a form with my contact details and book an interview appointment. It was mandatory to watch a long video and I did it. They sent me numerous text messages and emails asking me to confirm my attendance to the interview and they didn’t attend. This has happened to other people as well, and I think this should never happen to anyone anymore. It’s disrespectful not showing up to an interview, and says a lot about a company. Are they just collecting data from people?
I have all the emails and messages to prove it.

Find your Niche, and take control of the process.

The company’s program is expensive. When they orient you into the program, they promise you that you will be making money within a month after sign ups. The cost for all the tools and the VA’s assistance is expensive for someone that is just starting with the program. By biggest complaint is that the VA’s spend the majority of their time researching products, opening accounts, and building the tools needed to start the business. As a new business entrepreneur, I would have liked more control of the process, making selections myself and buying products that I believe in. The products that the VA’s were choosing were all random products. I would have liked to have my own niche and stick with it. This program was not for me, the company would not refund me back the money that I invested in purchasing the product.

Apex Navigator has been amazing so far

Apex Navigator has been amazing so far. My favorite part is that they review products and even sellers before you buy anything if you ask, which has prevented me from making more than a couple mistakes.. I was talking to one of the coaches and I was telling him it's like bowling with the guardrails up, they're keeping me from landing in the gutter haha.

I was skeptical to say the least

My son suggested I try to sell stuff online since my retirement, so I started looking into Amazon training. When I was on a call with Mateo, everything he was claiming seemed fake and I was super skeptical about all of it. After a couple hours, Mateo gave me an offer I couldn't resist, and I am glad he did! So far so good, and I've been very impressed with my progress so far
