I only want a refund not because of products but before I knew my account was shut down on Amazon I was doing the program which everything I had already done through Amazon and have already sent for my llc permit then I found out after all this my account was shut down then I ask for a refund they give me the run around asking for more money and I dont think this is right I can't do anything because account is closed I don't have money to give away I just want my full refund

We are not associated with Amazon.com and we are thus not responsible for them suspending your account. Occasionally, Amazon Suspends Seller Accounts for various reasons and our team has helped nearly every ALGO member that was ever suspended by Amazon get their account reinstated by Amazon.com. Suspensions are completely out of our control and less than 5% of our members ever have issues with Amazon. That said, your account suspension has nothing to do with ALGO or our Refund Policy as Amazon is an unrelated vendor for your business.
If your account was suspended by Amazon, proof that you set up an Amazon account and had it suspended would suffice for purposes of our refund policy regarding your seller account. After reading your communications with our support team, it appears that you are refusing to follow our simple refund policy because you are upset with Amazon (we are not related to Amazon) for suspending your Amazon Seller Account.
At no point would we ask you for more money to help you resolve your account issues with Amazon as our support team assists with suspensions free of charge.
In the time that it took you to write this unfair review, you probably could have just complied with the refund policy that you agreed to when joining our program. I was being skeptical about ordering so I did order when placing my order I asked representative since I placed an order over 100 will I get my free wig she said yes I asked her if it would be in with my order she said yes so I patiently called everyday or so until I got fed up with the rudeness and hassle from one person to the other but never got my free wig i even called before time to make sure i got my free wig and still didn't get my free wig Mrs Hill live on fb is real talk but customer service her staff sucks
im very disappointed because i been trying to get in contact with jungle scout customer service or support team to get back into my account by trying to resetting my passwords no one has contacted me yet i been trying every since the 4-11-2020
