Finally completed the 12-week course and my symptoms are 90–95% better. There are still a few traces, but I’m back to normal life – sitting, exercising (not too intensely), and generally feeli... See more

The AidPlan© online program shows you how to treat the most common pelvic diseases yourself. Most of these conditions have a chronic course and require consistent, long-term care. You can do this from home with the AidPlan© online program. The AidPlan© online program is aimed at anyone suffering from chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain syndrome, interstitial cystitis or chronic abacterial prostatitis (in men). A 12-week plan sets out the exercise structure and the video course explains all the necessary steps - help for self-help instead of open questions. Our experienced therapists are also available for video calls to clarify complaints and make individual adjustments.

Plan going well so far
Plan going well so far. I have doing the stretches. Ordered a theracane for external trigger points. Wish internal trigger points would be covered more in depth. Looking forward to the meditations!
Well worth the investment!
This was a great program, really well explained, succinct, professional and very helpful.
It is a lot of information
It is a lot of information. The exercises are very good and I am doing them daily. Let's hope that this system helps to rid me of my symptoms. I am happy that I purchased the AidPlan.
The video format helps me to do the stretching, fascia rolling and exercises correct.
The video format helps me to do the stretching consistently correct by watching your therapist do it themselves. The explanations are thorough and detailed.
Valuable info for pelvic pain sufferers.
It's a bit early, but the protocol, modeled, it seems, after Wise-Anderson, make a lot of sense and is very practical and of great value for the cost. It's also well done.
So far so good
So far so good. I started this a few weeks ago and starting to feel better. Hoping I'm able to get 100% healed.
I would say this. You have to put in work. It's time consuming and you need to allocate 1-2 hours per day for the stretches and exercises. The 12-week daily program really helps, as you know what exercises to do everyday.
Addressing the symptoms
The fact that I could see aspects of my symptoms being discussed was encouraging to the fact that I knew I wasn’t going crazy
Really good program.
Really good information and clear to follow plan. Thorough, actionable and compassionate. I appreciate the 360 degree approach. I would have loved more time spent on the trigger point videos. I am slowly getting better between things I have learned from AidPlan and PT.
Very well organized and clear
Very well organized and clear. Loved the check box option in the 12 weeks PDF plan!
The online course is very helpful and informative
The online course is very helpful and informative. Very clear and concise guidance that has helped me to re-think the way I approach and think about my pelvic pain. I like the structured 12 week plan that I can follow easily and do anywhere :)
Got money back so go ahead and try it!
I got my money back. The program looks ok but didn't help me so hope it will help you and you can try since the money back works fine.

Very helpful routine but you may still need session with a Physical Therapist…
Very helpful routine but I still needed sessions with an in person pelvic therapy specialist. In my case I’ve had some of the conditions for year but had a relapse so most of it i already knew, I would the stretching routine is a must for anyone who hasn’t had many sessions with a PT yet and will help speed up the recovery if you do need one.
A potentially happy patient
I have been ill and unable to participate in your exercises. I fully intend to get back to them. I did start them before my illness and was very impressed with the dedication and knowledge exhibited by your practioners. They seemed young and enthusiastic and appeared genuinely devoted to their patients. I have sciatic nerve pain and have already had two major spinal operations. The sciatic nerve pain is back and I am very hopeful that your exercises will help relieve the pain. I feel that you are the right people to help me and I look forward to resuming my exercises with you
Plan for pelvic pain
They have done a great job in laying out an action plan to attack pelvic pain.
Great course, Great value
The course was very descriptive and professionally made. It is very comprehensive and a good value for the price. The videos were easy to follow. I like having the daily plan at the end although I think the introduction should have let us know it was there. I would also recommend swimming as a good exercise
The guides give me hope and confidence…
The guides give me hope and confidence again. I have seen a few videos on youtube about aidplan and finally get my hands to try it. Been sick of getting told by urologist to get used to the pain or deal with it. There should be better options and also things that should be mentioned or guidance for non-bacterial prostatitis or cpps. Will comment more as the 12 week plan progresses. There is a 12 week plan and also 4 modules with lots of videos to watch.
Excellent very well explained course…
Excellent very well explained course with lots of practical help and advice. It made you feel you were not alone with this condition and that you can resolve it if you put your mind to it. Fingers crossed - here we go!
Sets the direction of travel
One week into the program. Intuitively it makes sense but time will show. Some follow along videos are part of lengthy introduction , would be good to split them into separate videos.
Improving, now I have hope
I have improved in my symptoms, but still not where I would like to be, I will keep doing the exercises and will give an opinion at 12 weeks
