The AidPlan© online program shows you how to treat the most common pelvic diseases yourself. Most of these conditions have a chronic course and require consistent, long-term care. You can do this from home with the AidPlan© online program. The AidPlan© online program is aimed at anyone suffering from chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain syndrome, interstitial cystitis or chronic abacterial prostatitis (in men). A 12-week plan sets out the exercise structure and the video course explains all the necessary steps - help for self-help instead of open questions. Our experienced therapists are also available for video calls to clarify complaints and make individual adjustments.

I feel pretty confused about how to do…

I feel pretty confused about how to do this course properly. For example the stretching routine - you showed the exercises but I don't remember whether anyone said how often I should do them and for how long. Same applies to the following exercises.
I can't tell yet if the exercises help me or not.

Great Program!

Videos are easy to follow but take a lot of time. I spend roughly 1.5 hours a day on the floor stretching and exercising, but it works. I'm nearly 100% back to my old self. Great program!

Real Help at Last

The excellent explanations of each exercise along with demonstrations as to how to properly do each one. It’s as if I have my own personal physiotherapist. After 6 years of suffering from pelvic pain, I finally am experiencing relief. Thank you AidPlan!

Early Days, but looks promising

Because i have a lot of other health issues that i also need to take care of and work on, i found the number of videos before actually starting the exercise plan a little daunting. Ii was also experiencing problems getting into the program, which was not helping, but now that particular issue has resolved i have watched the first module and found the videos well made , thorough and informative. I am going to be starting the second module. in the next few days and i I am looking forward to it.

I had have symptoms of pudendal…

I had have symptoms of pudendal neuralgia for the past few months. I purchased the plan a week ago and have already been able to reduce my symptoms some using the stretching, breathing, and meditation routines. I am hopeful for even more improvement as I continue the 12-week plan. I can already see how to calm flare-ups. Very hopeful at this point. Thank you for providing this treatment plan.

My experience

My “prostatitis” was diagnosed 5 years ago. I’ve suffered with almost all those symptoms you have mentiod in your post.
Suprisingly, after only a few days application of your AidPlan, the most irritatig symptoms have gone:
- no pain in the pelvis and genitals any longer
- no frequent toilet use during the night, actually not a single time at the moment (instead of 3 times at least)
I’ve just started with a part of AP (stretching exercises, buttock ex., trying to identify eventual trigger point..)
I’m doing exercise twice per a day, so pleased so far!
A huge progress has been done!
