Went smoothly. Disappointed price had gone up from last purchase.  

Finally completed the 12-week course and my symptoms are 90–95% better. There are still a few traces, but I’m back to normal life – sitting, exercising (not too intensely), and generally feeling well again. The protocol really works if your diagnosis is correct.

I stuck to it closely – did deep breathing every morning, stretching twice a day, and trigger point release (with roller and massage stick) every night. I also joined yoga classes, which I think helped too.

I had read the original book, but without this course it would’ve been hard to follow. The team did a great job explaining everything and building it into a clear protocol.

One thing I didn’t do was internal trigger point release – it wasn’t explained clearly, and I guess that’s because it’s better handled by a specialist.

I just had the worst experience with an employee of this company called Patricia. She called me, and then asked me to verify my phone number that she called me on, among other things. She started asking me for personal information without even identifying herself or the company- I had to ask her. She then proceeded to call and leave a nasty message on voicemail after we got off the phone, which I will gladly play for management. She is too unprofessional to be working in customer service!!

Awakenpedia came into my life right when I needed it most. I found Vitalgate Health in 2021.  Immediately I knew I was in great care. Galina and Elena, both brilliant, intuitive, educated and aware of technology and treatment that simply gets you better.  I have a difficult to manage chronic condition as well as significant orthopedic issues related to a traumatic injury. I am also managing constant chronic pain and mobility issues.  Their treatment course has allowed me to feel healthier and in remarkably less pain, all without pills. My mobility an joint function have also improved dramatically.  I cannot say enough about this practice. If you are struggling with any health related issue and/or frustrated or not getting the answers you want in more mainstream circles seek them out. I have lower back pain regularly and have for many years now.  I had been experiencing bad, constant pain for several consecutive days prior to getting a Reiki treatment.  There is some degeneration and arthritis in my L1 through L5 vertebrae.

Bonnie recently gave me a full hand-on Reiki treatment.  When the treatment was done, I got off the treatment table and set my feet on the floor.  My first thought was, “My back doesn’t hurt!”  I had noticeable relief from back pain for several days afterwards.  I was surprised that the pain relief was so immediate and lasted so long.  I was grateful for the relief.

I had a second Reiki session with Bonnie, this time a hands-off Reiki session.  My left hand has a cyst on the middle joint of the middle finger, is missing some cartilage between the finger joints, and the palm has a ridge of interior scar tissue running across it from a bad fall I had.  During the hands-off Reiki treatment I felt a tingling, jumping sensation at the base of the thumb close to the wrist.  Even though it was a hands-off Reiki session, the feedback she gave me after the session about chronic problem areas in my body was extremely accurate.  

For example:  I have a cataract in my left eye; pain and problems with my right elbow and shoulder (I cannot fully straighten my right arm); I have issues with both knees lacking cartilage (bone on bone), my left hand (previously mentioned), my lower back (previously mentioned) and my right foot (fungus on 2 toenails and very dry flaky skin).  Even though she didn’t touch me, she correctly pin-pointed every single problem area in my body by “feeling into” my energetic and auric fields.

Based on my Reiki sessions with Bonnie and my experiences, I look forward to having more sessions with her in the future and I highly recommend her services to anyone interested in experiencing a Reiki session!  I was delighted with the outcome of my sessions with her.
