The AidPlan© online program shows you how to treat the most common pelvic diseases yourself. Most of these conditions have a chronic course and require consistent, long-term care. You can do this from home with the AidPlan© online program. The AidPlan© online program is aimed at anyone suffering from chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain syndrome, interstitial cystitis or chronic abacterial prostatitis (in men). A 12-week plan sets out the exercise structure and the video course explains all the necessary steps - help for self-help instead of open questions. Our experienced therapists are also available for video calls to clarify complaints and make individual adjustments.

i neglected to use the program until…Jan 6, 2025

I subscribed to the AIDPLAN program 3-4 weeks ago but neglected to use try it until two days ago. I felt some relief the first night from my bladder issue which is inflammation and burning on urination plus alfuzosin to pee. Prostate not enlarged. They say i have interstitial cystitis which of course no doctor can even understand how it occurs

i have been stressed out for years due to business stress and personal losses. Sitting, anxiety, all sorts of emotional beating myself up

Anyway, most of that is behind me and now i have to fix the bladder. I just completed day two of the stretching exercises. I almost did not need a 10mg prednisone today!! Maybe tomorrow i can get off of it because the bladder is ruining my life

Hopefully this is the answer. BTW i am a male in his 70's with good health otherwise. I do not fit the demographics for this problem. I had a recent cystocopy, (ugh! loads of fun) and the bladder tissue on the inside looked normal. This has gone off and on for 4 years.
My body is also stiff as a board and has been stiff since my teens. Forget high or sidekicks with martial arts, and never could touch my heels to my butt, stiff, stiff, stiff.

Four years ago, my exercise routine 6-8 miles running 3-4x/day plus bodyweight exercises. When the stress started in late 2020, no exercise, lots of anxiety from business stress, and 20 pounds of extra weight.

Diet in the tank too; coca cola, candy, etc for years Blood work was a mess.

it will be a miracle if this works. I had to fix a drug induced tinnitus problem that started in 2020 and arrogant doctors will never tell you that prescription drugs can do this. (NEVER TAKE LISINOPRIL AKA AN ACE INHIBITOR OR YOU RISK SERIOUS EAR AND LIVER DAMAGE. I PROVED IT TO MY GOOD FOR NOTHING CORPORATE EMPLOYEE DOCTOR WHO ADMITTED I WAS RIGHT BUT WAS TOTALLY INDIFFERENT AND COULD CARE LESS ANYWAY, JERK!)
It took much of the last 4 years and a good bit of the near suicidal stress, but i figured out how to fix tinnitus and fixed the unfixable!..............Then came the bladder, another issue with unknown cause as stated by almost useless medical establishment that think they know everything, and for what it's worth, i am one of them!

Anyway, i am two days into the AIDPLAN and i noticed some improvement on day one. On day two, as stiff as my body is, i could already start to feel a slight bit of increased flexibilIty, not much but it was surprising.
the information videos are very well thought out and planned.

My only ISSUE IS YOU ARE MISLEAD IN THE "TRIGGER POINT" VIDEO. YOU ARE TOLD TO GO TO A PELVIC FLOOR SPECIALIST to learn where the trigger points are.

THEY NEGLECT TO TELL YOU THAT IN THE VERY NEXT VIDEO, SECTION 4.1 FASCIA TREATMENT, THEY DO SHOW YOU WHERE THE TRIGGER POINTS ARE AND HOW TO TREAT THEM, SO DON'T GO RUNNING TO A PELVIC FLOOR THERAPIST AS YOU ARE INSTRUCTED IN THE SO CALLED "TRIGGER POINT" VIDEO. 4

WHY DO THEY CALL THE NEXT SECTION "FASCIA" INSTEAD OF "TRIGGER POINT LOCATION AND HOW TO TREAT. YOU WOULD NEVER SUSPECT THAT THE TRIGGER POINTS/TREATMENT WOULD BE IN A SECTION NOT LABELED AS SUCH. I WAS READY TO QUIT THE PROGRAM BUT WATCHED THE "FASCIA VIDEO. AT THE VERY LEAST THEY SHOULD TELL YOU IN THE TRIGGER POINT VIDEO THAT THE TRIGGER POINTS AND TREATMENT ARE IN THE FASCIA VIDEO BUT THEY DIDN'T.

THAT SAID, THE MATERIAL IS VERY GOOD!
HOPE THIS HELPS!

Six weeks progress report

Six weeks into the course and I'm seeing some positive results. Definitely has made my life easier and more comfortable. The daily schedule must be followed to see/feel results. Took me several weeks to master the breathing technique and I'm still exploring for tigger points. As advised, I located a Physiotherapist to help me with locating tigger points, breathing techniques and overall pelvic floor exercise. I'm hoping to continue to see positive progress to return to normal.

The only people which I could get…

The only people which I could get answers from regarding PN. I had consulted with numerous professionals all to no avail, and as a last hope I found aidplan. It gives you advice and guidance on what can help you with pelvic floor dysfunction. In a world where there is little hope, and not much help, they helped considerably on a way back from the pain and suffering which I had been experiencing for 18 months!

AidPlan Prostatitis Program

I recently completed the AidPlan program aimed at treating chronic prostatitis, and I am thrilled to share that I have experienced significant improvement.

Before starting the program, I suffered from persistent pain and discomfort that affected my daily life. However, following the structured exercises, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods provided in the program, I have noticed a remarkable reduction in symptoms.

The program's comprehensive approach, which combines physical therapy, mindset training, and dietary advice, was instrumental in my recovery. The detailed video instructions made it easy to follow along, and the day-by-day plan ensured that I stayed on track. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on breathing techniques and stretching exercises, which played a crucial role in alleviating my pain.

Thanks to AidPlan, I am now pain-free and feel like my normal self again. I highly recommend this program to anyone struggling with chronic prostatitis. The commitment to a holistic and interdisciplinary treatment approach truly makes a difference.
