I’ve been buying Active root for years, it’s my go to drinking solution for my sport, it helps with cramping, and original is best for me, delivery is great and well packaged.

This is my go-to powder for my cycling bidon. It’s totally stomach friendly and one of the very few I can tolerate. It’s also brilliant hydration when you have a stomach bug.

Use them for long runs at cycling. They are a little strong with a 500ml water bottle so often top up with more ware to dilute.
