First time using gels… no stomach issues at all and the lemon flavour is delish. Recommended to a friend who has a sensitive stomach and she is going to place an order too ❤️

Love the sports drink however the gel was very thick…. Should have taken some of the measure out but as it was my first time wasn’t sure of the texture.
