I recently purchased a few spanners, and within 24 hours purchases arrived. When I opened the package I noticed that there was a spanner missing from my order. I rang up and spoke with a gentleman- unfortunately I had a bad line so did not catch his name - he was very apologetic about the shortfall and within 24 hours had received the missing item.

From when I ordered to when I received was all within 48 hours. Fast, efficient and great service.
