Exercise mum

I've never been into energy drinks before but this is my second order of active root sports mix!
I love the taste of it and like being able to mix it myself depending on how strong I want It
It really gives me a boost on my early morning swims. My teenage daughter also loves to take it in her water bottle for the gym.
