They were slow in making changes to our website.
We told them four times to correct the site from being a store to a 
manufacturer. 
They took weeks to adjust.
They promised  to use HTML but 
switched to wordpress.
They constantly have different people on the same project
Not worth $1,600


Easy to find, A lot of contents, Not a lot of steps to download

this company was great when i first started using them 2 yrs ago. the surveys paid decent money and very few went to error. But then earlier this year they dropped the amount of money per survey down to pennies. instead of a 95% qualify rate it has dropped down to around 5% and has a lot of surveys that go to error instead of paying . some days im lucky to get 1 in 20 survey to say i even qualify or not to go to error

I have used this site for many years. They have quality surveys. They also have been trusted on their payouts. I have never had any big issues and certainly none that  they have not resolved quickly. Good site.

The associates are happy and knowledgeable. 

Very easy to purchase and wonderful that a recycle bag is included with each purchase!! Thanks for keeping my family safe! 

I like the fact that the surveys are usually good and allow you to complete most of them, before they just run out which i much rather prefer than to just keep taking ones and being rejected. 
Problem for me is in trying to cash out even after being at almost $7 and still taking surveys because the rest of the site seems to work fine. But whenever you do try to place an order for a gift card or whatever else then a blank white screen comes up and nothing else. So am still waiting to hear back from them after sending an email...

Overall, this was a fine experience and my result I was happy with.
