They were slow in making changes to our website.
We told them four times to correct the site from being a store to a
manufacturer.
They took weeks to adjust.
They promised to use HTML but
switched to wordpress.
They constantly have different people on the same project

Good feedback on point for contact and progress is obvious

I purchased a v2 bundle and the charged me accordingly last week and today i woke with 2 different transactions for other figures that don’t makes sense

Very professional and thorough communication. You’re never in the dark. They make themselves available for any question or concern. And most of all, their work is effective! Their SEO work has without doubt driven more traffic to my website.

If I could give zero stars I would. Shower of thieves. Stole my money

I’ve had the very unfortunate experience to encounter this business and its owner in a recent B2B relationship. The owner needed help marketing his own marketing business so he booked a call with my company for help. After his call he claimed to have had a ‘bad experience’ with one of our sales reps. Even though he had zero experience actually working with my business he went straight to Trustpilot to leave us a negative review about this call.

As soon as I saw this I called the owner of Creative Creation right away and apologized, even though I found out later that essentially all of this ‘experience’ he claimed to have was completely fabricated. Nevertheless, I wanted to make sure that he felt taken care of. As a fellow business owner, that’s how I treat other businesses, with kindness and respect.

On the call with the owner, I told him I didn’t expect to earn his business after that but he kept pressing on and tell us that he wanted to purchase our services anyways which I thought was very odd (major red flag!).

So as a way to make sure that we got off on the right foot, I offered a him a massive 4K discount on the 17K marketing package that he wanted to purchase and I promised him a new call with a different sales rep from our company so that if we did move forward, he had a fresh start (and a massive 4K off).

This business owner then told me that if he had a good call with our other rep that he would not only remove the negative review he posted about us, but that he would put up a positive one in its place. What a nice gesture right? I then scheduled the new call with our other rep for him personally.

2 days later he then had the new call, and reported back to me that it went well and that it was ‘very helpful’. I was happy to hear this and then asked about his promise to remove the review. SHOCKINGLY, this business owner then blackmailed me told me that he he would not remove the negative review unless we sold him our 17K marketing package for just $9000 paid in $1,500 monthly payments. He wanted an EXTRA 4K off, on top of the 4K discount I already offered him and he would not remove the review unless he got it.

I was honestly was speechless by this. I’ve never come across another business that conducts themselves in this way. The entire thing felt like a setup and something that he has done before with other businesses. This business is extorting my business for major discounts on our marketing services by posting negative things about us online.

Please see this story as a cautionary tale. Treat others how you would like to be treated, especially in the small business world.

If you are thinking about doing business with Creative Creation, I would highly recommend against it. Just on ethics and morals alone, this company is not who you want to do business with.

this is a company. I will never leave. There Work is absolutely excellent. Their customer service is fantastic. They are very clear and explain every step of the way what they are doing and get your approval for every bit of the work that you have hired them for, I have already had them redo my entire website and design it for me in fact, they had to redesign it because someone else designed it wrongly and messed it up very badly. Now it is a gorgeous beautiful website that I can feel proud of to represent to my customers when they are ordering my clothing from me . they are also doing all of my advertising campaigns and they always get an approval of every single video and every bit of information that is put out there for advertisement before they do it and so far what I have seen has been absolutely excellent and very happy with it and I'm sure with what they are doing. Will bring me some very good orders. I'm very excited to continue to work with them and they are very understanding and caring people and very professional. These people are very intelligent and they really know stuff. There's no way you could make me go to anyone else I've been through other companies before and unfortunately many times I have had people take my money and not do the job or make excuses. This company has a strict code of honor and they stick by it and I have never been disappointed once. If you don't go with this company and go with another company, you might be taking chances of losing money. These people are very well worth the money you pay them because they were very hard and you get a product in the end whatever it may be that you need from them. I would suggest that you check them out because they provide many different types of services that will get your business up and running and keep it running smoothly and beautifully. .

The team is incredible, they are always available and the team we work with is extremely experienced in mass email marketing. From monitoring to finding leads to communication, everything is top notch!

Our experience with Creative Creation was great since we started exploring and vetting developers in Fall 2023. The team was very knowledgeable and supportive. They all worked well with our team even when we were more demanding at times. The only area of improvement I recommend is in the area of beta testing prior to website launching, the communication and troubleshooting phase could have been more effective and timely. Overall, Creative Creation produced the product we needed for our customers and we are very satisfied.
